Amazing food and wine pairings. The flavors are so unique and delicious. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Loved the experience!

I liked the food. The spicy chicken was cooked nice with cauliflower rice. The chocolate cake in the side was freshly baked and delicious.

Pita bread was cold and hard on the edges, which caused about half of the pieces to be inedible. The steak pitas were ice cold, as if the steak and grilled veggies were previously refrigerated and just thrown on the pita. The taste of the food was good, but the cold temperature was not was I was expecting. Although the cookie and cake were good, I don’t think we’ll be back.

Not worth the price of the food. Won’t be coming back. Steak kabob was okay but the chicken one we ordered was burnt and they remade it but it took so long that we had to go and check on it. Food looks like it should taste better. Rice was hard.

I went to Zoes kitchen at SW corner of Preston and Park tonight and ordered their spicy chicken sandwich and sat down. After 25 minutes I asked what was taking so long. One of the workers(possibly the manager) said they ran out of chicken and offered me a piece of cake. I said thanks and sat back down. At the 30 minute mark I asked if it was going to be much longer and they said no. At the 35 minute mark I asked for a refund. The employee at the cash register gave me an attitude and said “I told you we ran out of chicken” Need I say more?I own a restaurant. If this was my restaurant, that employee would no longer be working for me and I would have a discussion with the manager. What she should have done was to come to me immediately and ask if I would like to wait for more chicken to be cooked or order something else, not wait 25 minutes for me to come to the counter and ask.I would give it 0 stars if I could!

I love the Falafel plate at Zoës Kitchen. The food is always fresh and the servings are plentiful. Plus, the humus and pita squares are divine!

Haven't tried the food yet, still waiting, but based off of the counter experience I would say hire friendlier and more helpful staff. We will try another location next time.

I love Zoe’s but this location is terrible at curb side pickups. They will put you on hold for 10 minutes and never bring you your food. Highly suggest you go inside or find another place to do curbside pickup. When I do go in and complain I have been on hold for 10 minutes they shrug and don’t say anything. No sorry for the wait. Also when I went in today there was 1 person in line so it isn’t that they are busy helping customers.

I appreciated the number of healthy and vegetarian options, and that not overly priced or slow. The service was also patient with the few questions and changes we had which was appreciated. The falafel and corn did taste just ok to good - not great - but otherwise our three person group all enjoyed the food immensely.
