A very underwhelming experience. I’ve been to at least four different locations and this one wasn’t consistent with my previous experiences. The wings were cooked to hell on the outside and the skin felt like bird armor. I asked about getting a new batch fried and the explanation was they have to cook them that hard so they will be done on the inside. …. So “No” ai can’t have a new batch lol. They seasoned the mess out of the wings as well, my mouth is still puckered. Every drink was off…. To much of this, or not enough of that. Just seems like quality control could be better at this location.
Really fun drink place with a lot of different options. Didn’t try the food but it looked pretty good. I like that they try some different stuff beyond the run of mill bubble tea and coffee.Party got 4 drinks and they were all awesome. The watermelon very refreshing, the strawberry very tasty, the mangonada is a YEAH I can see why they’re well known for that!
Ever since I saw all the colorful pictures of this place and the variety of choices they offered in pictures this place posted online, I have been wanting to try this place for a while and with high hopes but was SO disappointed with actually being there. ? The actual menu is super limited and I didn't see over half of the variety on the menu as I remembered seeing in colorful pictures online. I ordered a shrimp and fry combo but was very disappointed with most of it being (not fresh) fries and just a few pieces of shrimp. There was only ranch and they didn't offer any other sauces or dips, I could see, so I ate a few bites of this combo dry. ?? I ordered the Cajun fries but I got garlic fries instead and they were super salty. The few shrimp that was there had little to no taste and there was no color to it other than pinkish/brown. I don't know where all the other food and drinks are on the menu but they definitely don't helps you in selecting anything either, as some of the choices on the menu, I have never even heard of. So I didn't know what some of the food items were to order it and try. The girl at the front counter seemed frustrated with me not being able to make up my mind quickly to order something, despite no one other than me and my friend were the ONLY people there. We sat in this place mostly to talk and to catch up with each other and ended up NOT eating it at all. We realized we were in this place for over two hours and only one other person came in to order... I really didn't want to give this place a "not good" review but for its location (literally right off the 75) and the dead atmosphere, along with the lack of food, this place is not for me. I am so bummed about the experience because I was really hoping for a place like this, I could be excited about going to, that offered something more than what "the typical" food places around here are. ?
Food and drinks was good for the most part. Only complaint ordered 4 drinks and only received 3 straws. When I tried to get more straws, staff said all the straws were in the bag. Next time I'll check before leaving the store.
The mangonada was great, my first few sip was a lil confusing, too many flavors in one taste or conflicting flavors. I quickly got over it and I loved it. The watermelon slushy was also good.
I used to like this place. The strawberry horchata is good. My kid likes their watermelon slush. But what is upsetting is - they used to use the string fries for their garlic fries and it was really good. The string fries picked up the flavoring so well. But now they use bulky fries and it drowns out the garlic flavoring or they don't compensate the bulky fries with more garlic seasoning. It just tastes like plain French fries. Disgusting.Won't be back be back.
First experience thoroughly enjoyed ☺️ I had the carne asada fries and classic jasmine milk tea :) Zero degrees is a great choice for an afternoon snack. Staff is sweet, clean facility, nice little vibe . May visit again ?
I went in on a Monday afternoon to pick up an online order and I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in (there was only one girl working at the front and there was a couple before me, so she was busy making their drink orders so it is what it is). I was thinking that she and only one other person was working the back that's why I had to wait even though the place was practically empty, but then I saw a couple employees just standing in the back behind the curtain and chatting.The food was ok and the drink was good as well, but the food was definitely not the same as it used to be. I've been going to this place since they first opened, and the food used to be AMAZING. The spice level wasn't even what I ordered and the fries have been changed to standard cut instead of the thin shoestring fries they used to have, which is very disappointing.
Over rated place! Went there, I had Instagram expectations. Beverages-nothing special, can get them at any other place with a better flavor. Elote (corn) smelled nasty, we didn't eat it because we couldn't get over the smell.
First time trying Zero Degrees and their Mangonado was so delicious. I will go back to try other items on the menu. It's a cool place to grab and go.
