A friend referred us to this Taiwanese restaurant, overall food is really good, but they are not willing to give customers more ginger for Xiao Long Bao, even we asked to pay for it so that we can have enough for us to consume, the waitress was afraid the boss will get mad for handing out extra!!You must be kidding me!! We are here to spend over $100 for the lunch, and you have to be so cheap to customers over ginger? Especially we have ordered 4 buckets of Xiao Long Bao!! This place is terrible and the staff is rude. They laughed at me after I waited over an hour for dinner.
When you walk in to the restaurant it is a very tiny even with it having a new seating area. There was no hostess so you need to wait or ask the staff what is going on orvwhst I'd the wait time. Almost everytime I have come to this restaurant it has always been lacked. It took about 10 minutes till we were seated. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and they did not look like anything they shown on their pictures. The noodles were okay but nothing special to it. We also had the dumpling which were not steamed all the way. The dumplings were falling apart as we picked them off the steamer.This is not my first time coming to this restaurant and it won't be my last. The first time I came here was almost 2 years ago and it was so delicious. Not sure what has happened since then but hopefully it was just a bad day when I came. Hope to give this place another shot in the future.
First time here. Be patient, aunties are working hard. Always prefer the Pao first before anything else, cause it takes a minute for it to come out. We ordered everything together, amateur mistake. Noodles were all very good. DanDan noodles was peanuty ( no such word but it's my word..lol), and very yummy. Mustard soup noodles were just right. Wonton was perfectly covered and delicious. The skin on the siao long pao was thin as tissue but strong enough to hold all the juices and meat in. Yes, it will burn your mouth if you are not careful. Go learn how to eat it before you take a giant bite and burn your mouth and ruin the rest of your delicious meal. The Pao order came out last, after we at all the noodles, so it was hard but we sucked it up and finished the Pao. Lol. It was a painful finale.BTW, the boba drink from QQ teahouse was good. Boba yesterday could cook a little longer. But, do you know, that 1 cup is 600cc of liquid. Yes, we went home and measured it. So, next time we know it's a 2 person drink, or 1 very thirsty person.
Finally found my favorite chinese/taiwanese restaurant! The Xiao Long Bao is a must have, you gotta order this or you’ll miss out! I wonder if they have a soup meal for the broth!!!! Please let me know and I’ll order it asap! Also the pan fried pork bun is just the fried version of xiao long bao and less soup. The beef soup is okay for me. Didn’t really like it that much. For the sesame balls, its a perfect size but they need to add more sweet bean cause it’s more starchy and less filling. But i still recommend this place because of that yummy xiao long bao!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality Shanghai and Taiwan style dishes at this local restaurant. Service was good and super fast. Taste was very authentic. Highly recommended.
The food and the price were great. The lady that served us was funny. She accused me of staying until morning because I was chop stick challenged. 6 stars in my book
Authentic Chinese restaurant, If you are craving for Chinese, definitely worth to try this place. Very good service, reasonable price, good quantity, less salty, overall the vibe is good. We ordered Taiwanese popcorn chicken, braised beef noodle soup, shredded pork fried rice ( with shrimp), vegetarian fried rice. Everything was good, especially popcorn chicken and beef soup.
