This place is terrible and the staff is rude. They laughed at me after I waited over an hour for dinner.

My family went in last Friday night at 6 pm. The restaurant was less than half full when we arrived. About 5 minutes after being seated, a waitress approached and said "Drink?". This was only our second time here, and we were wondering if the place was BYOB like most of the other strip mall restaurants around here so I asked "Can we BYOB? " I don't think that she understood because she walked away and started cleaning a table. 5 minutes another waitress came by and we ordered waters without bothering to ask any more questions. 10 minutes after that we were able to order appetizers. We ordered the "famous" dumplings. About five minutes after that she returned to take our dinner orders. We ordered three entrees. So here we are. 25 minutes in and we have finally ordered dinner in a far from busy restaurant. About 20 minutes later the dumplings arrive along with two of the entrees. I assumed that my dinner would arrive shortly so we began eating and I was also feeding my 1 year old. Side note - our waters had been empty for about 10 minutes at this point. 15 minutes later I flag someone down and ask for water and if my entrée is coming. Our waitress approaches a few minutes later and asks what the problem is. I tell her that I never got my entrée. She goes back and checks our order and then returns and tells me Two Minutes! About 15 minutes later she is walking by our table when I stop her and ask for the check. She brings it over and I point out that my entrée is on it and she looks confused and begins to run back to the kitchen. I stop her and tell her not to worry about it, I'm over it. She takes the check and returns and begins to tell us that the kitchen is just too busy with to-go orders and she took the meal off of the ticket. No apologies, just the excuse that every other dinner was more important than mine. I sarcastically thank her for removing the meal that I never got from the ticket and she starts laughing at me. I had been cool the whole time but that set me off! Needles to say (but I will) I am never going back to this place. The food is decent at best and there are dozens of places with better dumplings. The staff is rude and the place feels a little dirty.

Can't say how authentic it is, but we were the only non-Asian diners on a Friday night. Everything was just amazing - the Singapore noodles (now those were pretty authentic), the pork belly, the pan fried bao, the stir fried green beans and bok choy, cucumber salad (perfect spice!), beef noodle soup, spicy won tons, but the steamed xiao long bao (filled with pork and yes, soup) were the favorite of all of us. We waited on those until we had eaten all of our other dishes, and they were the PERFECT ending to a yummy yummy meal! The dan dan noodles were a little too peanuty for several of us, but the spice on them was amazing. If you are at all unfamiliar with the food, the staff can help you. We are pretty familiar, but our server helped us make choices, because there were too many things we wanted to try here. Really, every single thing was perfection. They do have a decent menu of Americanized Chinese food (beef with broccoli, etc) if that's what you're looking for. Also, it was clear everything was very freshly prepared. Arriving at 5:45 on a Friday, we just barely beat the crowd. By 6:05, it was full. No reservations, but sign up on the tablet when you walk in. BYOB, they don't have any beer or wine. Not sure about daytime, but for the evening, they open the attached tea house for dinner service (but lots of folks were ordering the milk tea!). Not a fancy place, just really good food.

Authentic Chinese restaurant, If you are craving for Chinese, definitely worth to try this place. Very good service, reasonable price, good quantity, less salty, overall the vibe is good. We ordered Taiwanese popcorn chicken, braised beef noodle soup, shredded pork fried rice ( with shrimp), vegetarian fried rice. Everything was good, especially popcorn chicken and beef soup.

The food was delicious and everything came out pretty quickly. This place is so popular and busy, especially for Sunday lunch, so the only downsides were how long it took to get seated and how long it took to get our orders taken. There is not enough staff to support the the need. Otherwise, the soup dumplings were perfect, the beef noodle soup tasted great and the popcorn chicken is addicting.

Very great first experience! We tried the braise beef soup, soup dumplings, and fried chx thighs noodle soup. Their broth is very tasty and not salty! The fried chx thighs had great seasoning as well and the soup dumplings were to die for! Definitely would come back! Staffs were very attentive and got seated right away even when they were busy.

Good, authentic Chinese food. I recommend the shrimp and pork soup dumplings, the blazing tofu, and the green beans with garlic. Best food there, very nice. Good service from ladies. Very attentive. Recommend 100% to at least try everything. Spent about 70 for a LOT of food (approximately 4 appetizers and two entrees, good price, very nice). Can’t go wrong with ordering hot tea. Do yourself a favor and come here, get a lot of food, down it with some nice tea, and tip the ladies for their great service. Manager man was nice.

We tried lots of dishes and were happy with everything. The Xiao long bao are very good. The pan crispy buns were also tasty. We enjoyed the beef noodle soup. This was the best we've had in Dallas. We also tried Mongolian beef, Dan Dan noodles, pork chop fried rice and green beans. Everything was delicious. Well be back!

They have many choices from soup dumplings (xiao long bao), to various noodle dishes, & even Chinese American favorites ?They just expanded their space as well, so hopefully you don’t need to wait too long for some good Chinese food ✌?For more food pics, check out @the.pikachew on Instagram! ???

The pork soup dumplings are good, but I didn't like the pork and shrimp one as much because the shrimp was a big chunk rather than minced with the pork. The beef noodle soup was very authentic and comforting. Their fresh greens are good and the spicy wontons are flavorful. The shrimp fried rice was also delicious. The service was a bit hit or miss. We had to constantly ask for Bowls, plates, and soup spoons when they should've been provided to us given that we had ordered a noodle soup and soup dumplings.
