It's all about the bounce back! We had a big 50 wing family meal that got mixed up and was missing a large fry. The manager was super about it and offered to replace the wings and fries but driving back to their store at that time wasn't an option. Fast forward a week later. They knew exactly the order that had gotten mixed up and was missing the fries. The manager was attentive and the team busted out our order because it WAS a bounce back opportunity! Everything was perfect, especially the wings! I am very thankful for their service and the manager who replaced the mix up a week later!

Had the new "blazed" flavor. Tasted like bologna, nothing like how it was described. Absolutely disgusting an inedible.Everything else in the order was fine.

Worst experience ever from wingstop. This place has always been my favorite until tonite. My food normally has no issues however tonite I had a small problem, called to explain & I was hung up on before ever speaking with anyone so I guess that's one way to clear the call cue. Customer service from one person was confrontational. I asked to speak to a particular person by name & this employee ignored me multiple times even mocked me and argued with me when I told him I would wait. He kept trying to convince me why I was wrong. I asked to speak with management at this point and then he gos on with this charade trying to convince me he is the manager. I said I would wait to speak with the someone I know by name.... so he talked and raised his voice over me as if I would be ok with it.. then told me he didn't care about my grievance or my review. He told me do whatever I want to do.... then hung up on me again. I tried calling back because all I wanted to do was talk to someone I knew. So that they knew my experience or concern or try and resolve the issue. As a matter of fact I have filled out more than 20 positive surveys for this location and I'm not making up a.story here normally all the people here have been the nicest out of all the wingstops I have been to and I sometimes would come here more than 10 times a month with no complaints whatsoever however all you have to do is have one really bad seed contaminating and spreading disease. Oscar is the rudest person, totally unmanageable, does not care about people. He harms your reputation more than a few bucks you think you save by hiring him

This is a terrible wingstop. Food is inconsistent, always late and do not order delivery. I have tried that three times and all three times my food never arrived or took over an hour and areived after I cancelled. Just dont do it, its not worth the trouble.

Good wings, competitive prices. But was annoyed the one closest to me didnt have online ordering so i had to go to the one further away! Overall love their wings!

Ordered offline for delivery and didn’t get all my order. I called and the Manager came to the phone all rude and dry. He refunded me for the count of the missing chicken didn’t apologize or show any concern. He has no customer service skills and needs to be trained. He ended the call by just hanging up in my face. And to make matters worse after I was hung up on I found a hair in my wings. PICK ANY WINGSTOP BUT THIS ONE!!!!!!!

They’re so inconsistent I swear I don’t know why I keep on coming sometimes they’ll have it on point other times they mess up my order more then once, at points their super inconsistent with their seasoning on fries and wings, and the wings are dry at times. If you live nearby I suggest making a 5 extra minute drive away at another Wingstop Plus their customer service is pretty bad. If you want to live life on the edge and possibly upset yourself and your stomach come here, if you want to be happy go elsewhere. You’ve been warned!

Wings were dry, did notnhave napkins but a roll of those useless brown papertowels and no trashcan for customers

Everything was pleasant except I didn't get anything of what I asked for lol food was good but wasn't what I asked for

This location is poorly ran by careless employees. They got our order wrong TWICE. I called for the third time and spoke to Lupe, the manager, who knows little to nothing about customer service. He continued to speak over me and was extremely rude. This location is garbage and so is Lupe.
