In general we have been a fan of wingstop but this particular place is one of the worst we have found. We placed an order at 8:30 pm through their online delivery. At 9:30 pm the tracking displays the order has been delivered and we have no clue about it.We called the location and they say its prepared and please pick it up even when it's already been selected for online delivery. We ask about how is this even happening in first place, they say they have no clue and neither does the manager.This ruined our Sunday night especially for the this particular store and I didn't even get the refund back. I asked for all flats and extra wet and this is what I get and when I called him back she said she couldn’t do anything about it or you kidding me it’s like they did it on purpose and barely put any sauce on the wings.
My new favorite Wingstop. They season their fries! They make really wonderful wings and they’re nice people. I haven’t had any problems yet and I’ve gone about ten times in the past couple of months lol.
DO NOT shop with this location!!! They DO NOT hold themselves accountable for mistakes they made on their end. The general manager Adolfo is not helpful at all! Nor are the Hispanic women working the front area! Corporate will be called!! And as for my black earned money, it WILL NOT BE SPENT AT THIS LOCATION! Wing stop please look into this and teach Adolfo proper manager skill sets. Thank you.

Believe it or not...this was my first time trying Wing Stop! I purchased the bone in thighs garlic parmesan and wings Hawaiian served with fries..wings were delicious ?. The thighs i love the crispness of the skin and the flavor, but the chicken was so dry and over cooked that it was too hard to eat ?. People want dark meat tender and juicy. Also not a fan of the fries...seemed overcooked as well ?. Ranch was delicious though. So basically I spent $15 on thigh skin, 3 Wings parts and ranch ?. The rest was over cooked.
something is wrong with this location, there’s always new workers and the food is always bad. The tiniest wings I’ve ever seen. Waste of money. The sweet tea tasted like grass, the machine probably wasn’t cleaned or changed out. Better off going to the one on Coit (but they’re fountain drink machine is always broken)
Was quoted 19-24 minutes for online pickup for the new chicken sandwich. That’s already pretty ridiculous for a chicken sandwich, but when I got to the store, they were completely disorganized and way behind on orders. Actual time from order confirmation to me receiving it was 33 minutes. Got it home, and the sandwich had pickles on it despite explicit instructions on the order confirmation to exclude them. When you are running a wing restaurant where half the job is paying attention to order customizations, and then you can’t do that, it’s time to get into another business. This was my first time ever trying Wing Stop. It was also my last.
I get excellent services and my food done right the first time were the employees and management listen and hears what a costumes ask for and get it right the first time I can't say that all the estimates are the same it's just sad that I have to drive across town to get my order done right the first time .
