As a restauranteur I often visit local spots, especially minority business owners/franchise owners. However I will not return to this particular place because the customer service is lacking. The owner/manger was rude and very short with me as I placed my order. I'm just one Customer and he made me feel like my business was not welcome and/or not needed. Thanks for the bad experience.

Worst Williams I have ever been to!!!! Sat at the window for 10 minutes. The young lady just looked at me and no one ever came to take my order smh!!!!
First time eating Williams Chicken and was my LAST! Order chicken strips and they were cold asked for spicy rice and receive a cup of grease and rice!
I ordered a one piece breast and it was old I saw chicken on one side umder a light it looked freash the cashier oepend a oven cabinet and gave me a chicken breast from there the checken was old from there. And I was unable to report it i was already gone across town
The radio and website says All Williams chicken location has state fair tickets this location said they never had tickets.
My favorite local chicken sandwich spot closed down, so my partner and I gave Williams a try. I got a sandwich and my partner got a 3 pc dark. Our chicken was cooked fresh right when we ordered. The breading on my sandwich was well seasoned, the bun was nicely toasted, and they were generous with the pickles and fries. The chicken was, as chicken breast tends to be, a little bit dry, but nothing a little sauce couldn't fix. My partner's dark meat chicken was moist and the breading had a good crunch. I will eat here again next time I'm craving a chicken sandwich.
The worst Williams Chicken I've ever been to. Old dry chicken and my stuffed peppers were not cooked all the way. I was very very disappointed. I love Williams Chicken but this location is just awful.
