I had been unhappy with many visits to different Whataburgers over the last few years. But I visited this location twice in the last couple days, and was very pleased. Had a breakfast honey chicken biscuit. It was very good. And then I got a double cheeseburger. The drive through lane was a little slow, but not terrible. The cheeseburger was very good and loaded with toppings. They have restored my faith in whataburger. I will return to them.

Quality has slipped over the years. Ok food. Fries were unsalted on my last visit. Time before that they also messed up a tea. Will update if quality return.
Food quality has gone way down. The patties are overcooked and very flat. The fries are never hot. App orders for curbside pickup take about 20mins. The parking lot can get busy and congested

Its a really great place to eat! But I gotta say sometimes the meats are still raw.. That happened a few times. I would recommend you to try it! Beacuse it has a few other foods!
the drive THRU WAS BACK UP MANAGER comes up with tablet trying to take orders and get us out faster like Chic Fila horrible he didn't give me any napkins gave my order to another car so I had to wait longer for them to cook my order again just a mess
One of the rare Whatburgers in a long time where I was well attended in a quick and organized way. The manager and the sir/cashier are kind and professional.
As a fast food worker myself, I understand, under any circumstances that stress could come in play and could be a major factor on ones judgement, however, I will not tolerate any disrespect, especially when it's from my family. I've been told that the service was outright, horrible. Some parts, maybe were perfect, cause again, I'm going based off what my family had told me. However, when they reached the drive through, they didn't hand it off like normal, fast food places. The person handling the food, simply threw the bag at my family member. Again, I can see how stressful it can be when the store is understaffed, however, you must keep your own integrity. If you're interested on when it happened, around 4:01:32 PM. I would like action to be handled accordingly and rightfully, whether or not if the place is understaffed or not.
