I've been going to this location for years. And it always feels like a gamble on whether things go well or not. And most of the time they do not. The drive thru is sometimes painfully slow, and they are aware, as one guy told me once to get comfy and read a book or something. Just tonight though was the last straw, as they gave me someone else's order. I know that working fast food can be difficult and stressful, but I've given it too many chances. At some point, somethings gotta give, and I've given the last bit of my patience. I will never go back to this location.Whenever my order is correct though, the food is really good. I just wish these people could follow simple instructions and do things in an even remotely timely manner. Good luck in the future.
I will not be patronizing this particular Whataburger ever again.The snotty little girl who took my order was very rude and a little condescending when I corrected her about what I was ordering. She then overcharged me for my meal and used the old "well thats how it rang up" excuse when I inquired about the price. And boy the look of contempt she gave me as I pulled away from the pick up window.At least the cook who brought me my food was a little more polite.So yeah, I will now go out of my way to get Whataburger instead of going to the convenient one, or maybe I'll just choose Sonic instead.

It was filled with jalapeños instead of pickles. The drinks machine was broken, the carbonated water ratio was off and the drinks were flat. The staff claimed it has been broken for a while. I was very disappointed with management of this location because normally this location is fantastic food, service and friendly employees. This needs to be brought back to standards we all know and love about WhatABurger!
Food was good , but service thru the drive thru is always slow, I believe my last visit was because of a finicky customer ahead of me. Couldnt be satisfied.....
A good option for vegetarians. You can replace meat in any burger with Hash Brown. Also the staff is very polite specifically Mohammed(The Manager) helps out very kindly with Veg burgers.
Decent service though when crowded it can be slow, both inside and drive thru.Clean inside. Ample parking outside. Easy access. Whataburger base menu is solid.
Don't go here after 9pm. Night crew sucks consistently. Always forgetting items. How do you forget the whole bottom bun on a burger? Or the pancakes in the PANCAKE platter? Place an order on the app? Don't expect it to be ready until 45 mins after the time the app says.
Food wasn’t hot and lettuce was light yellow and hard made the burger look off and taste off. If it’s yellow I say throw it out. Remember I work for A restaurant repair service company. I see alot. But I always grade food as well.
Rude discrimination from Clint over talking me customer #812 store on coit&mapleshade 433 Coit rd Plano Tx 75075 they are very rude manger Clint kept ingonoring my phone calls hanging up in my face discrimination talking down on me being rude #812 store number I placed and order online around 423pm they say delivery between 455 505pm never came they canceled at 507 no reason took my money I paid in full now me and my family have to wait 24 hrs to eat this not the first time I have had problems with store #812 SAME MANGER CLINT HE IS VERY PREDEJUCE HE KEEPS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ME AND FAMILY OTHER CUSTOMER CLINT IS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL I NEED UPPER MANGERMENT TO CONTACT ME want my full refund back $34.96 for the inconvenience
