The staff is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The food is very good and tasty, it will make you think omg! I can do this! If this is diet food, who could not eat this healthy tasty food to lose fat and lift weights to strengthen your muscles! It’s an awesome program! I highly recommend it! This nutrition food and fitness program really works! The first few weeks you will loose fat for sure! It was a successful program for me. I struggled the first few days because I was used to eating less unhealthy food. But after 6 weeks my muscle ton had increased and my body fat decreased. I highly recommend you check this place out! It’s a good one!
Wonderful food, I find myself looking forward to it at the end of the day. I love the different portion sizes and how everything has an expiration date. But my favorite part are the ingredients, all whole foods and I have never felt better about what I am eating. Staff is very nice and professional as well. Check them out!
Love this Utopia location. Paul is great! Always get a great workout and conversation in when i roll up never leave in a bad mood! From these workouts (15-30min) i get the best pump and workout ever. Feel like I’ve been in the gym for hours in just minutes. Also huge plus. It has shaved 10 strokes off my golf game from the strength i have gained off these workouts. Food is fantastic too! If you haven’t tried Utopia Plano yet your missing out!
All I can say is, check it out for yourselves. The food tastes good. The place is clean. The excercise program is designed for you and the workout is one to one. It is worth trying it.
