AMAZING!! I’ve been wanting to visit this place for some time now and I finally made it. Definitely was not disappointed. Good was great, service was on point… the ambiance was awesome… it was a hot Texas day but they have fans under the covered patio and it didn’t feel too bad. Definitely enjoyed my time here!
Great place. Lively atmosphere, excellent food, and really attentive service. Highlights on the food include the flatbreads, sweet and spicy shrimp, and carrot cake. We will most certainly be back!
Great place to have a drink or two and a few bites. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The drinks selections were extensive- something for everyone.We ordered several apps and a few drinks. I really enjoyed the food. All were well prepared. As I mentioned before, the service was excellent- attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The waters were filled regularly and they made sure we were good with our drinks. This is the third time I've been here and the place has been consistent. I look forward to going there again.
Union Bear is a nice restaurant which is a great place for bringing friends or going on a date. They have different dishes as well as a variety of drinks on the menu. One of the great things about Union Bear is they have out door seating with fans to help combat the heat.They are also large TVs inside for viewing sports events in different locations throughout the restaurant.Besides ordering off the menu, there is a bar inside as well.Union Bear has great appetizers and different entrees on the menu. The food that they offer is tasty after drinks and food, one can take a stroll in the surrounding area.
Great stop and great little area. Not too pricy and the food was good. Loaded fries, chicken sandwich were all good! A few of the beers on the menu they did not have so they had to go back and forth letting me know they did not have it. But good overall!
I was brought to Union Bear for a lunch with friend. The service was prompt and the staff was friendly. I had the shrimp while my friend had a flatbread. Both were very tasty. We then enjoyed a beer while enjoying the nice day. I really enjoyed my blueberry gose. I took my sister and brother-in-law back the next night. It was very crowded and it looked like they were short staffed. However, while patience was needed, staff was very friendly and helpful. We were talking so the wait didn't matter to us. I had the steak sandwich, which was very tasty. They had the fish and chips, which looked good as well. We all enjoyed various beers throughout the evening. The Sour Saison was very good too. My brother-in-law enjoyed the darker beers that they brewed. Overall a good brewery in a fun setting. I was impressed both times with the variety of people and ages. Something for all. Another bonus is that they have four types of seating: the bar, indoors, covered patio, and outdoors. Looked like they could accommodate groups well. It is also fun that you can enjoy the boardwalk before or after your drinks/meal.
Great atmosphere, good beer. I went with my wife and had a couple of exquisite local beers and a cauliflower flote. Pretty good, reasonable price and good service.
Lovey outdoor seating, friendly service, and good quality food. Apparently this is the first brewery in Plano- only 10 years old! The restaurant itself is ginormous. There’s lots of seating but it seems like a popular spot considering the patio was full by noon on a Monday. We got the Honey Pig and the BBQ Chicken & Bacon flatbreads. Very yum!
Cool spot if you're up in Plano, right behind the hilton granite park. I could tell it was going to be good because it was hoping on a Wednesday night. The Cobb salad did not disappoint and Brooke at the bar was great. Smiles all around, definitely worth a stop if you're hungry in Plano. A whole bunch of beers on tap, and fun cocktails too. Seems like the Pizza is a specialty.
WOW I loved this place! We stopped by here on a breezy spring day. With the sun ☀️ glowing and the lake as the backdrop it was exactly what we needed. Both the burger and the chicken sandwich were cooked to perfection. We will be back for sure!
