Ordered online. We picked up order but it was short one wrap, another was wrong, and the smoothies were mislabeled. Had to drive back to get the wrap and was offered a bogo coupon....thanks. We have eaten here many times in the last few years but recently it has been really difficult to get a correct order. I think I have had enough.
UPDATE: Corp wrote back to me, I am raising my rating due to their prompt response and desire to understand my concern. Good mgmnt. I'll go back for another try.Update 2: They sent me a gift card, I will be going back and will update my rating.Went in the morning, 11am. Greeted nicely. First time customer, I then said that I saw an item online and wanted to try it. I think I made her angry, it was very unpleasant. I left the store and got my smoothie elsewhere. The other guy behind the counter also looked at me like I was crazy. What did I do to them? Just a customer wanting help deciding from the large menu.
Smoothie was great and we each got chicken wraps which were also really good. Perfect stop for a quick meal between soccer games.

Loved the smoothie - bahama mama must try. They also had happy hour today before 10 am. Manager at the counter was very nice and also offered a free strawberry straw. I will definitely come back !!!

Used to love this location, great energy and knowledge staff! However, I was so sad to see new staff and obviously new management, not fulfilling the friendliness of what used to be there.Not to mention, my whole order was made incorrectly, which I understand new individuals are training, but for the price customers pay, we deserve great quality. Hopefully, they can get it all figured it out, I miss the energy and customer service of the old girls!
Im disappointed, this place was closed when I arrived here. No one was there when clearly it shows on Google that this place is open.
