Food was okay. Worst customer service. white rice was hard & not fully cooked with our couple of entrees (curries) and we asked the lady who claimed herself to be the manager to replace the rice after waiting for her for good 20 mins. She said she can only replace it with fried rice for additional cost. We were okay with that and requested to reheat the curries as it got cold waiting for her. Her response was outrageous that she had too many to-go orders and she can't do that. Not our fault. Taste may be okay but not going back again.
I was not sure of this place because I had never tasted Thai food. Once I walked into this location, I was sure I was going to be disappointed….. but I was WRONG!!!! The customer service was awesome, the place was clean and neat. Now the food, Oh My, when I say flavor explosion. I mean this is some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. FYI, I went twice already and the food was just as good. I would post pictures but ummmm, that’s gone.Bravo guys, BRAVO!!!!
Ok…. Feedback:Very small place; I’m guessing two people working….Took 5-6 tries to get someone to answer the phone. Finally placed order and was told 30 minutes.Arrived after 30 minutes, had to wait 5+ minutes just for someone to help me. She couldn’t find our order under the name we gave, I explained very big order (we had 10 people). She said a few more minutes, and went back to the kitchen.About this time, an Uber Eats driver comes in to pick up the order she tried to give me….counter lady is back in the kitchen….Finally, after ~30minutes, she brings our large order out in 4 bags. Uber guy has to wait while I double check my order. She ignores Uber driver and gives another customer their order.I finally get our food home. They got 90%of the order correct. Just made the wrong entree for me. I realized this before I paid and left, but wanted to get home and eat ?Food was excellent. Would give full 5 stars for the food alone.
Jasmine’s has been our favorite authentic Thai restaurant for more than 10 years. We have always loved the food and the Thai flavors have been amazing. Unfortunately in the last month there is a new owner and a NEW chef and the food doesn’t even taste Thai anymore , so please bring back the old chefs that know how to cook Thai !!! The food taste very bland and has more of a Chinese flavor to it. We have tried 3 times and the same experience each time.
I used to order from this place since many yearsBut suddenly since few months taste has changed I requested to put less oil in food but they put more oil and coconut curry was toowatery and too oily. soup was very awful in taste curry noodles too much oily .in soup I requested little spicy 2 but they made too much spicy I think staff has changed or chef
Very friendly staff! Orders were taken once we were ready. Took some time to get our food but the presentation was well. Taste did not disappoint but had better orange chicken elsewhere. Cozy place with many options. Pricier than expected. Worth trying!
I just ate one of the most flavorful meals I've ever had anywhere in the world! I cannot be effusive enough to encourage you to seek out this gem! The orange beef is tremendous, spice level 4 perfect! BYOB to boot!
This is by and far my favorite Asian restaurant in DFW, and I would probably argue it as the best of them all as well. They have solid value, consistent quality and wonderful staff. I only wish they were in a bigger, brighter location so I could bring more people and always get a seat.
Literally the BEST portions for Thai in the area. One of the few that makes proper tamarind sauce based Pad Thai noodles. Green curry and Panang are solid. Pastries also delish. Plano and Frisco and the area have lots of Thai places that do one dish pretty well. This place does most dishes very well... Big advantage.
We love Thai Jasmine! Their shrimp in a blanket, crab fried rice and tom kha Gai are our go to’s. Definitely recommend!
