The best rice rolls at DFW area! I grow up in Taiwan, and this is the exactly taste and the image from my memory. I suppost to move to the other city for the new job, but this rice roll and the memory make me to stay here.
Use to be good...today I ordered 7 Fan Tuan to go....Back home find out the size changed to only 2/3 of before...I don't mind pay even more....But there is no excuse to change to small size. Also the rice is not cook well.....not sticky.....come home the rice all separate everything loose apart????
I tried a pancake/crepe, a couple of rice rolls, and both sweet and salty soy milk. i was satisfied with the taste and quality. it reminds me of breakfast places in Taiwan, very busy with people lined up. the service was fairly quick. I would definitely eat here again. They should probably wrap the rice rolls a little tighter but that's a minor criticism.
Horrid. My friend had the bacon rice roll and I had the traditional rice roll, sweet soy milk and fried stick.Do not trust the English on the printed menu, as it's minimal and does not fully convey what is in the rice rolls. You will need to use your smartphone to scan the QR code in order to access a more informative English menu. For those looking for real Taiwanese rice rolls, do not come here. This is a Chinese enterprise and makes what I assume are Chinese style rice rolls. (I have had Taiwanese ones. I have not had Chinese ones )The bacon in my friend's roll was not cooked. She could not bite through it. My traditional rice roll was inexplicably oily. The fried stick was also too oily. The soy bean milk I had tasted green, and sent me to restroom quality time.Service was terrible. The clerk did not understand my request for purple rice, even though I pointed to it on the printed menu. He could not figure out how to make change from the cash I gave him and had to ask a co-worker for help.
I really liked their fan tuan… but on my third visit today on a pick-up order. I found this lil fella inside. Pretty sure a WHOLE FLY isn’t part of the ingredient.
Saw lots of review and hype about this place so had to check it out for ourselves. Needless to say, this place fell pretty flat. The pancake to it’s credit was hot and crispy, but was lacking in any real substance. The staff also wasn’t very familiar with their own menu and we were told they didn’t have sweetened soy milk only to later see other folks order it. Would be willing to give it a 2nd try, but the 1st visit was sorely disappointing to say the least.
This traditional style rice roll is made fresh in front of you. Their menu to choose from is good and the food is as close to traditional that you may find around this area. The staff are still trying to figure themselves out, or aren't very talkative so its not too much like getting street food in Taiwan.Good food, good service, overall clean restaurant and they make the food fresh for every order.

It shows they close at 4PM but they kicked us out when we entered at 2:30PM. Says they don’t take any more customers. Waste of time driving there.
Solid Taiwanese breakfast fare. Best fantuan we’ve found in the DFW. Their salted soy milk is different (they add seaweed) than what I’m use to but still good. I’m so excited for them to be here because we’ve been missing this stuff.
