Warning, UNfriendly staff, DO NOT COME! The menu on the wall is MISLEADING! Nothing mentions about picking ONE fish dish only PER meal. We paid FULL price for TWO meals, but the asian boy waiter refuse to give us TWO fish dishes and gave hundreds of nonsense excuses. Extremely UNPATIENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY and arrogant! Will NEVER come to this place again!! Warning!
We went there on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant offers many choices, and the prices are pretty good. We ordered: pork chop, dumplings, sweet and sour soup, fried rice, noodles and black pepper steak. Everything was delicious and authentic except the dumplings. They have free soup as appetizer. The only downside was the service wasn't good. The guy who took our orders was pretty rude.
The $8 three entree and rice combo is best value. There are plenty of authentic dish choices. The pig feet and spicy fish were delicious.
Do they have the most delicious Chinese dishes in Dallas? No. But the value you get at this place is incredible! I mean, two entrees for 10 bucks in a takeout? I sometimes wonder how they stayed in business.
Cafeteria style of Chinese food dishes serve on metal plate, remind me of school lunches. Food are decent and portion are good also but the price is amazing for what you get. When you dine-in, you can enjoy the soup as well.
Been there a couple times already. food is excellent. portion is excellent for $8. Best Mapo tofu I had so far.
Mixed plates of mostly Taiwanese flavored dishes 3/$8. There is also fried rice and Bao so if you can’t find something to eat here you need therapy.
[8/15] [$8] This place doesn’t need my recommendation or endorsement. The place has a waiting line, and I can see why. Food is good. This mapo tofu is excellent. Portion is generous. I paid $8 for the 3 items entre. This place uses spice combination that I am not used to. They aren’t red pepper spices, what I can tell you…. There enough varieties in this buffet-like dining. I like.
A great mom and pop shop for Taiwanese cooking. Love the quality and portion you get for the super friendly price. They can perhaps go a little easy with the salt on some of the entrees. All in all, one of my favorite places to grab a bite.
First time coming here today. Got take out. Eggplant, mapo tofu, zucchini chicken, lion head meatball. Everything was delicious. I wish we lived closer and it would def be a go to.
