Visited the drive thru for lunch. Notified the cashier that I have the 99 cent taco text, she CONFIRMED it. Ordered my food and moved to the window. She gave me the total and the discount wasn't added. Confused, I reminded her AGAIN about the text. She said with an attitude "that only works when you tell me". My wife went ahead and returned the attitude saying we did tell you before ordering!In my opinion, one woman was taking orders and another was working the window, better comunication is need between them. Regardless, attitude is never necessary in their line of work.
I love taco casa but the Plano store at legacy is nasty. The food taste so bad. I wish they would get some people or cooks in there that are as good as the location on beltline rd garland. Because my favorite taco place is taco casa just not Plano.
No sauce, beans in my enchirito. Food had a lil tang to it that I’m not used to from taco casa…hmmm 1st bad TC I’ve ever been too..needs some retraining sorry ??♂️
Always courteous service, and the food quality is definitely a significant notch above what's expected from fast food TexMex...loyal customer, and return often!
Ordered one thing sat in line 15 minutes so drove off. Wont be returning. If I could put no stars thats what I would have giving this place
Usually fast but not this time. I waited for seemingly no reason while two workers sat at the drive thru window with a bowl of literally just Taco meat. Nothing else. No idea what was happening but I was the only one in the place and took way to long to get my food. Also food was cold.
1.29$ taco Tuesdays. Had extra sour cream on mine but it was hard to find. So the female gave me an extra side container of some. Thinking not bothering when it's $1.29 anymore.
We've been to this restaurant several times before and have enjoyed it. We went again this evening and we were very disappointed. We normally get the super tostadas because they are large and loaded. This time when we ordered the super tostadas, they were small. Not sure what happened, but we were not happy. The worker explained that they were loaded, but have always been normal sized. We knew that was not true, as we've been there before. I guess we'll have to find another taco joint. :(
Ordered 2 bean burritos one with cheese and one without. Barely no cheese in the burrito and the presentation of the burritos was disgusting, and food tasted awful. Hire people that can do the job, lady who took my order could barely speak English had to repeat my order several times. Will never go back there. If you want to waste you money go to Taco Casa on Legacy Plano. Tx.
Lobby closed at 6pm? Then the girl on the drive thru speaker can’t seem to understand English. This place used to be awesome.
