This is the worst location! I appreciate Taco Cabana because it is fast and tasty. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I work in the area, but each visit I am let down. I have yet to receive a correct order. I always have to return to the store because they’re missing ingredients, such as chicken and other major components of the entree. People spend their dollar with an expectation. The employees of this location need to be held accountable for their insolence. Grow up and do your job. Put prejudice aside, you chose the fast food industry, don’t take that out on ordinary people similar to you who only want a decent meal with their hard earned money. Customer service is within. Hiring clearly has a hole because the employees are awful. Worst location. Don’t go!
Wonderful start, missing a few items but the manager Christi was amazing and so kind. No at all rude or nasty.. Thank you Taco Cabana staff for a wonderful visit after 12 years missing you'll.
Love the food, one or two folks were incredibly helpful. Some staff look so boring at many of my visits that when you ask for Pico they look at you as you asked for million dollars.
This location is not dine in as is implied, tried to “dine in” and was met with locked doors and no signs advising dine in service was unavailable.I will not do drive thru with them anymore as I am 100% fail rate on getting my order correct in the DT.
Rudest employee at drive thru. Had to repeat my order 3 times and when I got home, I got a different order. Awful and expensive. That explains that no one there!!thetrBebeneveragain!
Food is good presentation good as well I had the fajita bowl the drive thru girls are always mad very poor customer service
We got our order abs it has one less taco in it. It is not the first time they made mistake. Also I think their online app has some issue. It says no charge for 1st salsa but if you pick the salsa, they will charge you at the end so check your total carefully before you pay. Just ask for salsa when you pick up your order.
Right in, right out! Friendly, reasonable prices, and a $2.00 margarita, to go, awesome! Only thing, I didn't see street tacos on the menu, however, I am blind, and was in a huge hurry!!! STILL LOVE ME SOME TACO CABANA!
The best thing was the tortillas. First time eating here with my mother and we wouldn't actively seek out this restaurant again.Mother ordered the cheese enchiladas and felt they were "the quality of Taco Bell cheese rollups and tastes worse", and felt the rice was horrid.I kept it simple with the chicken tacos and the taste was surprisingly strange. Not necessarily bad, just different. Also, the queso and salsa were very "flat" and tasteless.Do yourself a favor and either go with a classic heartburn like "Taco Bell", or treat yourself to much better food at "Fuzzy's Tacos" or "On the Border"
I guess because they were about to close, I only got meat & tortillas for my taco order, no Pico, etc. Some of the chicken pieces were very charred & not edible!
