You have to pay extra for more syrup in your snow cone so the center isn't white & dry. I use to go often since highschool but now I ended up purchasing my own snow cone machine for my children.
My husband and I moved to Plano in April of 2021 from Louisiana. We were craving snowballs from home and tried this place out! Oh MY GOD! The flavor and taste were amazing and the cup size are deceiving. The first time, we both ordered mediums and couldn’t finish it. Now every time I go back, I get a small and it hits the spot. The ice is so soft and the menu has a treat to satisfy your needs.
Great selection of shaved ice flavors and quick service. Nice and conveniently away from the main plaza buildings to visit.

Please put enough syrup in your cones to coat all the ice. Mine has a big white center in it ... Ice with no syrup. Not worth the $5 I paid.
OMG snowcones are huge -Texas sized. Next time I will definitely ask for a small. My son and I ordered a large and look how huge they are!! Delicious TigerBlood, but the watermelon flavor didn’t taste like watermelon but other than that it was good!
Had the strawberry and pineapple knockouts (snow cone with ice cream) and both were extremely delicious! Glad I made the stop!
Great authentic food! Just be sure to ask for the mild version of the snacks if you're not used to eating hot spicy food as when I buy them for my daughter.
TC Shaved Ice is an East Plano staple. An unassuming hut in the middle of a shopping center parking lot (Fiesta). Who doesn't like shaved ice with the option of about 30 flavors on a hot 100 degree day in Texas. They have savory delicacies too like corn. Its a must try.
