Overall, very unprofessional! Things like being closed without any mention on their website. My drive is from Addison to Plano via the toll way. The thing I find most amusing is when I addressed my dissatisfaction I received snide commentary and excuses. I never received a genuine apology or even a free cupcake. Imagine losing of customer you could have retained for a minuscule gesture of customer service and humility.
Omg! I don’t even like cupcakes but this place is great. The cake portion is moist and the frosting is great (sweet and fluffy) too.
They completely nailed my daughter’s birthday cake. I sent pics, they sent a mock-up, and it was even better than what I had pictured. 10 out of 10 on design. And one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted. Usually specialty cakes just aren’t going to taste as good, but this was not the case. Pick-up went smoothly, they helped me load it into my car, just cannot say enough good things about them. We won’t be using any other bakery for our cakes as long as Sugar Ray’s is around ?
Sara is literally the best! My friends and I have been using this bake shop for the last year or so and they never disappoint. The customer service is so friendly and responsive. A small business with a huge heart!
After an easy (and delicious) cake tasting experience, my fiancée and I were surprised by the lack of response to multiple online form submissions and direct emails to proceed with ordering our wedding cake. Perhaps this is a technical issue, but it feels like our business isn’t wanted.
Love this place! Guns Up for Sugar Ray’s! We got unicorn cupcakes here for a birthday and they were INCREDIBLE!

I do not do a ton of reviews but I wanted to make sure to give this bakery props. The cupcakes were delicious. I think they were the best we have ever had. We had several different flavors and they were all amazing. Will definitely be using this bakery again. I wish i would have gotten a pic but we ate them too quickly. :)
