My family and I went to this location to have food we were in the drive thru on a Sunday and my sister noticed and the shift lead and pick to strips with no gloves on. My sis ter ask if they could please give her different chicken strips and please wear glove. The same person who claimed to be there Manger told her very rudly do you want me to clean the frier to. My sis then ask to speak to the hire up. And he stated that he was in Charge.my sister let them know she would file a complaint with the health department and the Manger told her oh really your really going to do that needless to say we got our money back and will never be dining there again
the ONLY reason i put a 3 star instead of 5 is because of the customer service. the food is always amazing, never have problems. and, i understand how rude people can be and having a bad day, i was a server so yeah i understand but i would NOT have been caught dead greeting someone with "ugh what do you want". never even got a "how are you" "have a good day",,, n o t h i n. so whoever was working the window tonight at 8:30 pm should probably not be.
Fast friendly service, we were the only people who ventured inside to eat. The place was fairly clean, just a few fries on the floor in the dining area but all in all the place was clean and service was great
I’ve ate at this place 3 times in 2 weeks. And food is always hot and fast service. I love it, when I can go to a place for lunch and I don’t have to spend my whole lunch in the drive through..
Terrible experience from the beginning of my order. The guy taking my order sounded tired or just lazy. Once my husband pulled up to the window to pay, we noticed it was a young kid. Again, he seemed lazy/upset he was working. When he handed my husband our order, he didn’t say anything. He might as well had thrown the food at us. My husband asked him if that was all of our order and the kid just never answered and my husband asked him again and the kid rolled his eyes. So disappointed in the customer service we received. This is not the first time this happens and that it’s young kids that work there. This kid was more into his AirPods than actually doing his job.
Customer Service is lacking, when going through the drive thru, the clerk was rude and didn't answer our questions. When receiving the order, I said thank you and the response was a dead stare and when I said thank you other workers heard me and just stared as well. WARNING! Lastly if you have hypertension don't eat here the burger shot up my husband's blood pressure.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! The website says they close at 12 am, I called to make sure they were open for dine in. I spoke with the manager who told me the dine in closes at 10 ( the time was 9:20) we get there at 9:30 and order and then cook says dine in is closed, we close at 9… I said we called and they told us 10. She said no it’s closed I’ll make it to-go for you. I said no refund it bro. The manager comes to refund it and I told him I spoke with you and 10 min ago and you told me you close at 10… he makes all types of excuses for why they’re closed already… HORRENDOUS!!!!
I love their customer service! They are really friendly and when the order is not correct, whether it's my mistake or theirs, they're always willing to fix it. I love coming back to this location.
Made my order exactly as I requested! Felt a bit gipped on the condiments, though. Still delicious.
I am not happy. Service was bad. Burger wasn’t made correctly, & fries were old soggy & cold. I called to let them know this, & Ofcourse they said they won’t do anything unless I drive back up there right now with receipt. So not happy & won’t be eating here again. Considering we use to eat here a lot.
