Female working on the 20th around late hours has an attitude and just wouldn’t fix our drinks, asked for a hot coffee and it was cold.I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years and I’ve never seen such a lazy employee

Unhelpful and rude. If your mobile site is down and you charge me for a drink and didn’t make the drink then you should probably credit my account or just make my drink. Especially if I’m there every morning. #hardpass
One of the more pleasant places to lounge in Olde Plano. The service is quick and efficient - zero errors even for modest customization. The place is well maintained, inviting and clean. Good place for a pit stop or time-out. Abundant parking stalls in the adjacent slot.
