Staff was not friendly at all. I waited at the register she moved over to hers and didn’t even say “I can help you over here” just stood and stared and waited for me to move over. They also don’t do reward points which makes no sense. Lastly, I asked for a straw, her hands were soaking wet so she handed me a wet straw, I asked for another and she simply said my hands are wet. Not super friendly, i I wouldn’t recommend.
Gave me full cup of milk with chocolate and said it was an espresso.
Store manager was outside smoking with a guy, went inside to take my order and made my drink.Umm... what happened to washing your hands???Thankfully I have plenty of hand sanitizer in my car.
My family and I have been coming here for years, it’s our favorite Starbucks. The baristas are full of energy and their personality alone gives me the morning jolt that I need. They know my drink so I don’t ever have to ask. It’s not a in and out experience... they take the time to get to know you.
I tried to get a water (they’re free) and the lady said it costs 25c to a kid and she said it is corporate and it is not her fault when clearly it is (it was the manager Taylar with an A)

For a pop up Starbucks in a store, was quite a surprise when I got the best caramel macchiato ever here.

This location’s inside the Tomthumb. The ladies there are very rules and mean to the customer, if u have ordered the wrong drink, they would acted so mad to make u another drink and talking very mean,better not order from here..Dont recommended this place. They think they’re the only one starbucks location?
