Since I worked in Plano, I have made this my spot to get coffee. I enjoy getting the White Chocolate Mocha with extra vanilla and a cheese danish. I try not to complain much, but it’s very disappointing that you pay extra for something and do not receive it. Yesterday I went and got my usual order and received some bitter coffee that I couldn’t even swallow, almost tasted poisonous in a way. I was so upset I called and requested a refund bc the coffee was so bad and not what I asked for. The supervisor I spoke with was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location for various reasons.
Usually sold out of certain items for weeks at a time, drive thru is ridiculous lately, and the other day I went inside to a staff of about 10, where at least 6 of those ppl made direct eye contact with me - NEVER said anything for 5mins while I stood there to get my pickup order literally on the counter before I arrived. I hate this location, it just happens to be the only close location with a drive thru that allows me to order ahead - but that doesn’t matter if every milk option is out of stock.
The people here are always friendly. The drive thru is very frequently very busy, but usually they keep it moving pretty quickly
The only reason I come to this one is because of the convenience of it being right when I need to get on the expressway but the lines are horrible. I hate the drive-thru and the inside is not much better.
Been here couple of times, and it's been awesome. Great staff. Food is fresh and coffee is good as always
It's hit or miss here. Sometimes it's quick and friendly other times I've waited in line for 25 minutes.. for the most part they're very friendly here and 9x out of 10 get my drink correct ?☕
Only real issue is the drive thru. Poorly designed, creates unnecessary traffic and blocks the ability for people not going to Starbucks but any of the other businesses, from being able to pass. Should rethink the approach to something similar that other business use (e.g. Chick-fil-A, Dutch Bros)
The employees at Starbucks are always very friendly and helpful. They rarely ever make a mistake on making drinks. Great service and drinks. What more could you want.

Unfortunately this Starbucks was located near a large refuse smell in the area. However, the employees are great and the coffee was perfect!
