This is my favorite Starbucks in Plano! The manager is absolutely the best manager Starbucks can have: professional, friendly, dedicated, polite, team builder, definitely lead by example! I am glad that Starbucks brought him here from Lewisville location! Also, there is a lady supervisor is awesome as well. Thank you for the great service and the excellent products!
The baristas recently asked me to stop ordering so often to “save some for the other customers”The great thing about that is my order has no affect on what others buy.I returned a drink that had completely separated (curds and all) and asked it to be made againThey returned to me: 1) The same drink 2) in a different cup 3) with a dirty lid.On top of that, their baristas gave me a lemon loaf when I asked for a lime bar. I know the two fruits are very easy to confuse with each other.Starbucks has raised its prices so much in the past two years that they should be more than able to afford making my order correct. This location has gone down the gutter with the new manager. Do better ??
I order iced mocha cream on top. The employee get it wrong and put half cream on the coffee and after they find out they didn’t make a new one to me but just put whipped cream on the previous drink and the taste is horrible. I order iced mocha more than 10 yrs and that is not what I ordered before. Starbucks is going down. This is the continued 3rd time I am not satisfied with my super expensive coffee!
I’ve been coming to this location for 8+ years. Each year it’s slacking more and more. I decided to skip the drive thru line which was horrendous, and was the only one in line inside the store. I counted exactly 7 employees, no one even made contact with me. They were all in a group talking, very loudly. Not once did anyone look at me. I stood there much longer than I should have. As I turned to go out the door the manager came over to help me. She was nice but she shouldn’t let that go on, especially with the ridiculous line of cars wrapped around the building and no one is working
Nice staff. Rare for Starbucks. Usually they pride themselves in being smart alecks.
I am only doing 2 stars because I asked for a Caramel Machiatto Frappuccino and they told me they don't have that, all they have is the iced.....like really?!?!?! You two dumbledorf's couldn't put it in the blender to "frappe" it? I wasn't after the pretty layers just the taste.. Is it because y'all are lazy? Then on top of it, it took longer than usual to get me my "iced" drink while my husband's Frappuccino was already handed to him 6 minutes previously....still sitting here in line....just WOW!!
This store has REPEATEDLY had problems over months from mixing up an order to not following through to either insolent or uninformed employees. 'Tis a pity as this store is in a convenient location.
They always have the double smoked bacon sandwich and never a mistake on my order great customer service
their coffee is good but they are out of almost everything all the time, every time i go in there they have no cake pops or food
Friendly vibe and the pumpkin spice Frappuccino was real good.
