my wife loves starbucks. I make my own coffee. It is a lot cheaper.Have to say though that their Cinnamon coffee cake is really good.
The service and drinks are on par with most Starbucks...friendly, pretty quick. But, the hours posted online are WRONG. I went on Wed afternoon, and they had the time on the door posted as closing at 11 AM on several days of the week. But, there are employees inside...very weird.
Called today at 4:10 and the store was closed. Online shows they are open till 8:00. Order a latte and it was going to take 15 mins.

Hours are changing every week, just tried to go in this afternoon and they’re closing at 11am? Hours are incorrectly listed on here, and while staff was inside all doors were locked.

Poor customer service from beginning. Hayden seemed she didn’t want to be there. Ordered a beverage and it looked different from the way I usually get it. Once I told them it looked different they said they didn’t have one ingredient but it it tasted the same. I asked them if I could have a cappuccino instead since the drink without all the ingredient didn’t look good. The new drink I ordered and received was less than 3/4th full.

This location is definitely the best. Way better than Coit and Spring Creek. Nate, the store manager knows how to keep standards high and service levels high even with staffing challenges across the industry.
We stopped by when we were in town and the service was excellent the coffee and the cake pops were on point very friendly staff would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.
