This location can be very hit-or-miss depending on who is working. They have very high turnover at this store which also leads to inconsistent service levels. Ya takes ya chances at this store!
Always great service and speed in delivery. They honor their free refill drink policy.
Always fast and the staff are always in good spirits even at 6am. I go here almost every morning to start my day off with a Venti Emporers and Cloud tea. Extra hot?
My drink for a long time has been a Zebra...or a Tuxedo- same thing. I asked if they could make it as a frap. They did, and it did not disappoint!

Horrible place to go lately. When you have 5 other Starbucks within 4 miles you'd think you'd do everything to keep your customers but nope. 3 strikes in a month and I am not wasting my money at your location anymore. I actually watched the employee make my drink then lie about making it correctly this morning. My drink is very easy to make and when I'm the only one in there waiting for their order kinda hard not to notice/pay attention.
Terrible customer service all around. Their app said they closed at 5 pm, pulled in at the drive through before 2 pm and a worker was standing guard to not let any more vehicles in (probably because they were not officially closed yet). They refused to let me order. Same for the inside - even though they were still filling at least 10 orders. They all acted like complete jerks. They said they closed at 2 which was not posted anywhere. It was extra frustrating I drove across town to this location - which claimed to be open. Ironically, they told me the cash register "was closed" but when I was able to put my order in through the app - they refused to fill it and refunded me through the register. This pop customer service wouldn't happen at 151 down the street - head there instead.
I ordered my drink at 8:20 and I didn't recieve my drink until 8:45! They were fully staffed and not busy at all. Absolutely ridiculous! My drink was also messed up and instead of remaking it, she made 4 other people's drinks! Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had.
