Is always a great way to start the morning or just relax there enjoying your coffee and Turkey bacon ? breakfast sandwich
I have never thought I would leave a Starbucks location a review, but WOW, this location is amazing. I went randomly on a few separate occasions using the drive-thru and going inside (not my usual Starbucks) and was just blown away by the service each time. By far some of the most friendliest staff I've ever met. Whoever does the hiring for this place needs a raise.Other than that, great little patio and indoor seating as well.
I frequent this location and am always helped by friendly and welcoming staff. My coffee always tastes wonderful and the employees are happy to offer substitutes if they're out of a specific ingredient, ex. swapping oat milk for almond milk. Wait times are always reasonable, the place is always clean, and I have yet to have a bad experience here.
I haven’t been able to order a beverage with a nut based milk since October when ordering online (via Starbucks app).
By far the friendliest Starbucks I've been too. Everyone working there seemed genuinely happy, I love to see it. Delicious coffee as always of course.
Better layout than smaller cafes. Very very nice staff. Drive thru busier than expected but ample space to move around. Baristas here understand what “less ice” means lol
I completed a mobile order and walked into the store. It was determined that I actually sent my drink to a different store. They ended up making the drink for me anyways and the barista was super nice and understanding. I really appreciated it.
Great service. Could improve a little on listening skill, I ordered extra hot and it was barely warm.
Disappointed with my visit to this location today. I placed a mobile order for a cup of blonde roast at 7:48 am and I arrived to the store about 3 minutes later. I stood for about ten minutes by the mobile order section and no one asked what my name was or what I was waiting for. I ended up sitting down at the bar, right at the mobile order station, to continue waiting. I waited until 8:10 am, still with no one asking my name for mobile order or what I was waiting on until I asked Emerson, who was on bar, if they had my grande blonde roast ready. She said they had to brew it. I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes at this point and my cup was just sitting there and they hadn't even brewed the coffee yet. A different barista, who was working the drive thru, kept apologizing for the wait. While the apologies were appreciated, there weren't more than a few people in the store and a couple of cars in the drive thru. I try the best I can to give grace during what I know is a trying time but it's hard to not get frustrated to watch these people come in and out and get their drinks while I'm still waiting for a plain cup of coffee. I don't need 3 splendas, four waters with light ice....just a cup of black coffee. I told her to give me a different roast, I didn't care. Had I realized it wasn't brewed, I would've said that earlier, but again, Emerson seemed to not care to make eye contact or speak with any person waiting for mobile order. The wait wasn't the frustrating part, it was the complete lack of communication.
This is one of the best Starbucks location around my place.the place is not at all crowded which usually how Starbucks is. You can spend your time working on your stuff along with your favourite coffee. Generally I took American which they have delivered as soon as possible and service was quiet nice. One things that might need to take care of that anyone should available at register, I need to wait to order at register for at least 2-4 mins.Otherwise it was a great location and love to work here in future as well. Its looking a lot like Christmas already!
