Hands down the best Starbucks in the DFW area! Sunny & Austin are always so kind and cheerful…. Their vibes are contagious!This location reminds of the NYC - Times Square location. So fun and edgy! A great place to hang out!Drinks and food are always on point.
Everything about the shop is good except the old guy who makes Reserved coffee. He is unwelcoming and kind of gets angry. I was a very regular customer here but tried to stay away from him. Today I accidentally took a coffee made by him for another customer. He got very angry. He didn’t say much but I felt his anger, have lot of angry looks and I had to apologize a lot and requested him to not make my drink instead. I felt so bad and questioned is it because of my race and other factors. My image on Starbucks have gotten bad. I am giving 3 starts just for other employees who are so awesome.
The staff at this location are always very nice prompt and professional. Tiffany who works in the starbucks reserve is extremely helpful and kind.I love visiting this location on my weekends at Legacy West. Thank you for providing excellent service.
Excellent service! I wish the Allen Tx store at W. Exchange and Alma was this great! They never make the drinks right at the store near my home on W Exchange. I have never had this problem at the Starbucks Reserve.
I think the most prominent feature that distinguishes it from other Starbucks is that they exhibit Decor and Coffee beans. Of course, excellent service that is not available in Starbucks franchise branches. A great location for coffee lovers, students and business meetings. I always prefer Mocha. I really haven't found the flavor of that sauce anywhere else until now. I look forward to the opening of Starbucks Reserve in New Jersey.
A friendly and unbelievably fast service is offered. It is a place where you can enjoy a great design, drink coffee, chat with your friends and work in a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it. I wish the number of reserved starbucks to increase.
We had a cold front coming this long weekend, and I was really craving some nice decadent coffee. Came to starbucks reserve and got their hazelnut lattee.. its located in the Legacy West area, so you can hangout and have brunch around the are and shop as well. Coffee and ambience is amazing
It was such a happy meal because the meat kept coming out. mackenzie was a very wonderful server.
An amazing place to spend some time sipping awesome coffee while you see the world go by. Do try the Hazelnut Latte for a flavorful experience.
Great atmosphere, and the setup is splendid and clean. I love the extra outside space for fresh air!
