Site can't be reached to order(see attached screesnhot).. called restaurant to place order.. but they don't want to take phone orders.. when asked about site not working and no phone orders, we get rude reply.. .. seems like they don't want to do business anymore..
Great food. Vijayawada chicken biryani and samosas are great.

This place is absolute trash don’t even bother trying it! The reviews were right about the curry being water downed. I order butter curry and it looks like I got dish water.
Item & portion don’t match with price.Ordered Garlic Naan and it was exactly tasted like microwaved frozen naan.

Order Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter chicken. Consistency of both was like soup instead of gravy and flavor tasted watered down and way too sweet. I am certainly no chef of Indian cuisine but whoever made this clearly doesn't know how to make these dishes.Biryani was decentDon't expect to be ordering from here again. Very disappointed
The food was stale. Had to throw away most of the stuff that was delivered. Someone from the food department should inspect their kitchen. Not a recommenced place when you have several Indian restaurant option around Plano, Frisco..
I ordered the butter chicken which was a watered down, could hardly taste the curry. The chicken was quite chewy like it was over cooked. The naan too seemed like it was a store bought frozen naan that was heated up. Terrible food.
1 st time experience: best biriyani with excellent packing during this covid-19. 2 nd time experience: Pros-well packaging and good biriyani.Cons- did not provide badam milk for 2 orders(instead I see small box buttermilk and a pamphlet). we ordered 2 naan, but package had only half naan. This is disappointing thing, as we picked up the order and came back home and checked the items. Please make sure the order before packing, during this covid-19, no one will have patience to check their order near the pickup.Tried calling southern spice so many times but no one picked the call.
