We finally tried this amazing place after many years of just driving by. It's hidden a little in the plaza but wow was I surprised at all the details they put into preparing some really good southern recipes. We had endless fish, beef tips and homemade pies. So so so yummy!!
I like this place, food was good, fast and seems like they are handling thing pretty efficiently. I had Gigi as a waitress, she was pretty funny, her charisma was excellent, just a lovely waitress hands down. And to top it off the prices were reasonable so yeah. Will definitely come back when I am in town.
I was here a week ago. Food was very delicious. Great on portions. The girls that work there are great especially Gigi. Gigi keeps it real which makes everything helpful. She’s super efficient and awesome waitress.
Well first it took about 8 minutes at least for them to even greet us. they sat us down and didn't give us menus, I had to get them for my family myself. But They have the largest portion of food I have ever seen. My boyfriends pork chops were hudge I have never in my life seen pork chops that big before. The sweet tea was gross and, they leave the pitchers of tea out on a table where they get all watered down. One of the servers acted like she was the best thing that had ever worked there you could tell by the way she held her nose in the air. I would hate to have to work with someone like her. But the food was really good so that's why they got a 4 star.
Great service (), easily the biggest menu I’ve ever seen. If you’re not sure what you’re hungry for then this is a good place to go. Whatever you order it’s going to be a LOT of food for a very reasonable price point. The inside of the restaurant is sizeable with multiple rooms to choose from for seating. In the middle of the everything there looks to be a full bar. So basically this place checks all of my boxes. I’m not drinking today but you can be sure that I will knock a few back here in the near future. ?
I mean it’s not the best breakfast in the world but for the price I’m happy. It’s quick, not too busy and service is always straight forward. I don’t have anything to complain about. I come here often.
1st time going. The food was superb. Large portions (You know what they say in TX.. Everything is bigger)! The sautéed potatoes were not a disappointment. My boyfriend had the waffles and cheesy grits. He cleaned his plate. As for myself I couldn't finish everything. Great place to sit down, eat and get full on a budget. This place for sure is a Hidden Gem. U won't be disappointed at all. We will be back for sure.
Very busy on Sundays for brunch. Food was good though and priced good.
We're usually the only POC there but I've never felt any weird energy or uncomfortable. The food is really good in addition to being plentiful. This place has become my new spot to feed my family.
This place was close by with the Quick & Excellent food and Great Service by Angela on Monday morning. Prices were Extremely Reasonable for our breakfast. Tab was $20.00 for two coffees and a regular breakfast plus a waffle breakfast with eggs, bacon and hash browns. We Will Be Back next time in Plano.
