Ordered two slushes, one arrived. Mentioned it to the employee who delivered it, who went back inside and disappeared. After waiting 10 minutes, we hit the red button to ask for the missing slush we paid for. Ignored.Always a big fan of Sonic, but this location apparently has some employees who don't care about delivering what is paid for or following up on mistakes. We'll just have to go to other better run Sonic locations for our treat fix.
A while back I had ordered a peanut butter shake for my co worker, and due to me having a life threatening peanut allergy i got a vanilla shake. I made sure to ask and the lady told me the one with the sticker was the peanut butter one, i got back to work and took a drink of mine and it was peanut butter, sonic gave us 2 peanut butter shakes. i ended having to use my epi pen and i called the sonic to make them aware and the manger hung up on me. i am not one to get mad like that but my life was on the line. I contacted corporate and the lady assured me someone would get back to me but i never heard anything.
Decent food but customer service could be worked on...Few of the staff are rude while taking orderUpdate: Seems like the more I come recently the more rushed and rude the staff are. When taking an order PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE CUSTOMER OFF...I had to repeat myself sooo many times to order 2 drinks...Even then, they still messed up my drink (a xl sweet tea....they gave me some fruity tea...). I understand being busy and everything but being kind to your customers is what has them come back...Keep up poor service and you'll lose your clients...
All the condiments on our burgers were not correct to what we ordered. We drove 15 min before we ate so couldn’t return. I called, but no one answered and the answering service was full.
I used to always go to this location but the last couple of times I've gotten undercooked soggy chili cheese fries which is the main reason I go so please fix this the one guy we always got who brings the food is an absolute burst of sunshine
One of the best locations in the DFW area!Food - Always on-point. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Whether you order it via the app or delivery, the quality and taste is always great.Service - Friendly and fast! Ordered several times and my food is delivered to my car or home quickly and accurately.Tip: try their app, discounts on their drinks plus it’s very easy to order and pickup. Makes it cheaper than delivery and faster than ordering when you get there.
Overall a decent location, one star deducted due to wait times. But I've found with most sonic areas you will be waiting a while.
The food was literally PERFECTLY MADE!!! I got a number two, customized and mozz sticks w a Dr Pepper. The drink was fresh, the mozzarella sticks were literally heaven and the burger was just perfect!! I will be going back. The employee who took my order and brought out my food was especially kind and bubbly. And my order literally came out in less than 5 minutes. Did I mention it was a little after 1:30??
Always like to go here. The staff are wonderful and friendly, love the comfort food. I'd recommend the ocean water
The food is good but this place is always understaffed so it can take a very long time to get what you order.
