This is the most ghetto Sonic you can visit. So basically I order a cup of ice and the car hopper Braylon flip my cup of ice up and down before bringing it to me right in front of me. I'm so done with spending money at this ghetto low class location! This location has awful customer service I have never ever received this type of service at any Sonic location I have visit. If I could give zero stars I would . Because this location doesn’t deserve the 1 star.
Ordered a medium double stuffed oreo blast. Paulina was very nice. Wait was super long to even place an order. The idiot two car spots down wouldn’t stop revving his obnoxious engine for a good 5-10 min. The parking area was full of trash. Majority of the oreo on the blast is at the top, middle section (as pictured) is almost bare with little specs, and the bottom 1/3 is just plain vanilla ice cream. This was not double stuffed - it was just regular Oreo blast. Looked nothing like the pictures. Not to mention that I paid more to receive pretty much just a regular Oreo blast.
Was craving a flash from the past...ice cold cherry coke..made with real cherry syrup and a bonus in bottom of my glass...a ?. It was fabulous. You gotta get you one. 100 times better than a canned cherry coke.
This Sonic is so much better than others. The sausage breakfast burrito was so good. The tea is sweeter here too!
Refused to take my order when we arrived 15 minutes before closing on 0129/2022. Immediately pressed the red button to order only drinks. The employees response was to turn off all the lights…
I normally do not write nonpositive reviews, so if I do it is one that I just need to voice. I was so disappointed in this location last night. I was just getting back into town. I was tired, it was cold and I just did not want to mess with eating dinner at the house and for some reason I was craving a footling Sonic chili cheese coney. So, pulled in, ordered chili cheese coney, paid and left. I started to eat it in my car as soon as I got it open (I wasnt the driver). The coney was SO cold and the ends of the bun were not soft at all. Instead of going through all the steps to go back to the location I decided to just heat it up in the microwave when I got home. So disappointing.
We were sitting in our vehicle deciding what to order via mobile and Augustin approached us with an impressively negative attitude telling us how that we needed to speed up. After receiving our inaccurate order Augustine proceeded to give us the bird. We’re both service industry too. We’d be fired for behaving like that.
I got the popcorn chicken and chili cheese tater tots and it was hot and delicious! Ordered a large ocean water with nerds candy and they put too much nerds in it but I just got a spoon and took most of them out. But overall it was ok.
Worst customer service ever, I ordered sausage burritos and received some fritos burrito. SERIOUSLY GUYS!I called the store multiple times but no one answered the phone !!!!
Another good lunch option that isn't far from work. The people that work here are always pleasant to me and my food makes it to me in a snap. I tip the car hop everytime I go there because they could use a little appreciation for doing a job that has them out in the elements most of the day. I feel bad not to give a little bit just to say thank you! Love the food and the treatment I get from another top notch crew. Kudos!!
