Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order before driving to another stall because I thought the first one might have been having an issue… only to continue waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.A gentleman finally comes through and tell me they’re closing in 5 minutes, which would have been 10 minutes prior to the close time scheduled online (not including the 15+ I’d been waiting), so they’re no longer making shakes. Fine. I tell him the first item I’d like to order and he never came back over the stall speaker. Will never order here again ??
Slow as molasses. 6:30 and only one food runner? She's a young blonde whose walking slow and eating ice cream inside while there are tons of people here. No sense of urgency.
I went to Sonic I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and Two coffee cold brews with some tater tots. When my order is brought to me I only get one coffee cold brew? I ask the waiteres where my other coffee cold brew was she says you only ordered one I said I ordered two coffee cold brews!! And to top it off they tried to get me to pay for there mistake. I don't think I should have have to. It should have been comped for the inconvenience.Very fustraited customer.!!!!!! ???????
I have come to this location many times and have been very happy. Something must have changed recently. I sat 10 minutes with very few cars before they took my order and then it took 10 minutes to get a corn dog. That’s ridiculous timing for a so called fast food restaurant.
I went last week, got tater tots among other items and paid with a $20 bill. Server came with food and accepted my bill then asked if I wanted my change back which was 3 dollars and some cents. I said she should be asking if I need anything first and I said I do need some salt, ketchup and my change. She said ma'am I only asked because we tip here then took her time bringing it and the change which included dollar bills only cause she pocketed my coins! I won't be going back for a while for sure. I was totally offended!!!
I used Uber eats which has a very high markup on all items and ordered a large fry that was maybe half full. Do better Sonic.
The double stuffed oreo blast thing is delicious (if you like oreos). Car hop was friendly and quick.
Open even though online app said it was closed (bad weather). Been several times to this location and they always get the orders right. Love the 1/2 off drinks app. My go to place for drinks with the famous sonic ice
Love this location! Our food came out fast and was awesome! Never have I ever had a fast food burger this delicious. Kudos to everyone there. Great job!!
Not bad sometimes they run a little late on your order but the staff are very fast most of the time
