Overpriced for a Chick-fil-A sized salad! Better off going to Eatzi’s! Staff literally removed two green leaves from the bowl… lmao… never wil go again. First time last time!
Food is fine service was terrible especially when they make a mistake. Drove all the way home to realize that they didn’t put chicken in one of my salads. Immediately got in my car and when I got back she is going back and forth arguing with me asking for a receipt I already threw away. SO YOU THINK I DROVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO STEAL CHICKEN. Terrible service when it comes to problem solving. I will not be back.
Couldn't get 2 orders right. Two cesar salads one with black olives, no tomato and one with everything in it. Never go around closing. Only the girl at the register got me what I wanted which the drink was AMAZING only reason I'm giving 2 stars
They had several good salads but couldn't try them all. Everything was great and good. Quick service. Clean place. Pleasant staff.
This is honestly my favorite "fast food" place to eat! The service is warm and friendly by most of the staff, (mgr. is especially great!), and the place is always very clean. I see reviews of people complaining that it's too packed around lunch time. Well, "Duh!" -so many others have such a great experience with both food and quick service, of coarse, it's going to be packed! (I go to lunch there around 1:00 to avoid the noon crowd, and it's not bad at all). The only problem I have is that I'm so hooked on the wonderful Grilled Avocado Salad, that I am afraid to try anything else! I know other items must be good, but I'm just too addicted to that Grilled Avocado Salad! Been there many times- never a bad experience!
Not all Snappy's are created equally.I have been getting salads from Snappy since 2016. Granted the locations have varied over the years from the Forest store when I worked in the Galleria Towers to the Beltline and Campbell stores when I lived in Garland to the Camp Bowie and University stores when I moved to Fort Worth. And every now and again, I would come here to Plano when visiting family. Back then, I knew the manager in Plano because I got to know them as they trained at the Campbell store.Now, the beauty of franchise or corporate stores for a brand is consistency. So, please understand my concern when I showed up and was told that a big bowl was only for people who have been coming to this store for years. And because they always got the larger salad, they still could. Personally, I preferred the larger size salad with more toppings back before Snappy joined a larger salad conglomerate. Back when I knew the original Owner.I suppose I will just keep my business to the Beltline store. They haven't treated me any differently since the first day I became a patron.Maybe bring back the big salad? I didn't mind shelling out a few extra dollars.
This was my 3rd time eating their. I love the food and the sweet potatoes chips ate awesome.
It’s my first day visiting this restaurant. I felt so bad that I came in right before they were closing but I was receiving in such a warm way, big smiles from all 3 people working today. I ordered a salad, and then I ordered a chipotle wrap for my husband. He send another text saying no onions but they already had put onions on it. I told them that it was ok because it’s my fault but they made another one anyways. I could not thank them enough. I wish I had asked their names to mentioned it here but I hope they read this review so they know they have made my day. Thank you!!!!!Ps: the food is absolutely delicious ?
