Snappy Salads is my favorite place to grab a salad. I always get the Grilled Avocado. This location isn’t my favorite, but they’re friendly and the food is still good.

The guy was new I think and didn’t add that many extras, but the girl after him fixed my salad once she saw it. Thanks team! Yum yum!

I just have to say HOW MUCH I love @snappysalads! I feel full of RICHNESS and WEALTH! When I eat your salads! I feel whole and so complete! Your food not only makes us look well on the outside but what it does on the inside is TRANSFORMING! Thank you SO MUCH for your food! We appreciate you!!! SO MUCH!

I am a regular customer. But new staff (probable) completely threw me off today. I usually get salad with Chipotle Ranch and when the person mixed the dressing, I was not very sure and clearly asked 'Is it chipotle ranch' and the person said yes.. But when I reached office and tasted, it was something else.. probably chipotle lime vinegerette. Spoiled my lunch due to the stupidity of one individual . Vinegerrettes don't go with my digestive system. No more visits to snappy ..

I ordered the BQ ranch chicken salad and it was good.

We get lunch here about once a month and it's always quick and fresh. Last time we went the staff seemed a bit distracted and they missed the avocadoes in the salad (my woman's favorite ingredient). The server behind the counter first denied that she missed the Avocado, and I had to show her. That was a bit annoying. This was the only difficulty in many visits. We will be going back.

Food was very fresh with lots of options, one of my favs!

Our salads were very flavorful, but they were swimming in WAY too much dressing. I would recommend ordering dressing on the side.

Unpleasant experience to say the least ordered two salads for my husband and I and neither of us could even finish them. Somehow my salad came in a puddle of liquid at the bottom though the dressing was on the side and all but one ingredient comes wet. Upon pickup I was instructed that the protein I selected was not available so I chose the steak which proved to be a terrible choice. It had an off putting smell and some of the meat itself had that same taste, similar to that of liver. Low quality is the best I can.

I’ve worked in the offices on Headquarters Dr. for the last 5 years. This is my closest Snappy Salad being less than 5 minutes away and I eat here quite often. We’ve even invited the team to setup during our on-site health fairs to promote the Snappy brand and health consciousness.Given distancing, it’s been awhile since I’ve had interaction with the team outside of curbside, which has previously been great. Until today, 6/23 when I pulled a late afternoon in the office. I attempted to place my usual order online sometime around 8:30pm. The site wouldn’t allow me to order, so I called the location on my way out of the office around 8:45pm.I requested to place my order over the phone. My goal was to make a quick stop on my way home and avoid keeping the team there past closing by arriving right before 9:00pm. However, the woman I spoke to told me to place my order online. When I explained the website wouldn’t allow, she declined to take my order over the phone and told me the system is set that way intentionally because “well it’s 15 minutes before closing.” I explained my proximity to the store, I work at the corner less than 5 minutes away. The woman was still adamant about refusing my order.Following that call as mentioned, I arrived at the site around 8:50pm. There was only one customer and the location was not busy. I’m not certain if this was an attempt to refuse service prior to closing or if declining phone orders is truly the direction of management as mentioned. However, this process makes for a horrible customer experience after a long day in the office which is pretty standard for your corporate clientele. The entire interaction was unnecessarily difficulty for a process that should have been simple. Not to mention as a strategic partner in the retail space, declining orders due to “policy” is truly counterproductive for a company that values repeat business. Especially when it’s a customer who’s order was just made incorrectly the previous week.
