Ordered online 15 Min in advance, told my son to go pick it up from the mobile order “station”. Waited 3 min, then I walked in and the employees were standing there not know what’s going on. Someone had taken our smoothie and they had to do a full investigation. Still no smoothie is being made after them finding the ticket. 5 min later after they had to re-rang the order in the computer.. we left. We had to leave with no smoothie because we were late to an appointment. And didn’t bother to offer a refund or anything. Ridiculous!

I usually have an uneventful experience at this location. Unfortunately tonight it wasn't good. I received a e-gift card. I'm wasn't familiar with how to use it. I presented my e- gift card and the attendant scan my bar code. She received an error message stating the card not found. I said, I'm sorry I don't know how this suppose to work. What do I need to do? She stated, I don't know. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't helpful either. She repeated the total and I said I don't won't it. I said I want to use my gift card so once I figure out how to make it work I'd return. I went to my car searched the Smoothie King website and finally figured it out. I didn't go back in that location I drove to another location a few miles away and made my purchase. Which was uneventful. Smoothie King should train the attendant to be of more assistance in such a situation. Of course I'm going back, but not to that location.

Smoothie was great, service was good and I got my smoothie very quickly! Parking was at a premium but that isn't the fault of Smoothie King.
Fast service but terrible parking.
Online closing hours were posted as 9pm and location closed at 8. I drove further to that location specifically because the hours were posted as closing later. Thanks for not updating your website and wasting my trip smoothie king.
