This store went above and beyond today. My 7 year old son wanted a pineapple smoothie today. We ordered it and did not ask if it had dairy. Turns out it DOES!! We asked them to remake it with almond milk and offered to pay for another one and they comped it without any push back. These people just got a longtime customer today. Thanks again. C and Daddy.
Placed a curbside order, from the website as it is something the website advertises for this location. It said it should be ready at 4:13 and to call when I arrived. I called and said I arrived and was instructed to call. This was at about 4:12. The voice on the other end of the phone said “ well we are busy. You’re gonna have to wait”. The windows are glass. There were two people in the store, but ok fine. I wait. 10 minutes later 4 or 5 people have gone in and out. I call back, and he tells me it will be 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later I call back and he tells me it will be 5 more minutes. More people have since come and gone. Eventually I go inside to see my order sitting at the pickup station. Don’t advertise for something you don’t do, and train your staff on time management. Bonus. The smoothie tastes like stomach bile. Waste of time and money.
Nothing is organic get this right !!!!!!!!They add flavors only. Don’t weste ur money. Look at this guy replying back to my review stop lying you’re not doing anything organic it’s rip off business. Don’t be clown
When you order curbside there is a reason. Everyone isn't lazy but some actually have medical reasons for not being able to walk in so the refusal to do curbside and offering the service is Absurd. Well I guess I want be coming back.
I order from this location often and it's very convenient. Service is courteous and fast. Will keep coming back!
Not a good service
If I can select zero stars then I would! The lack of customer service here is unbelievable! You have not one, but two employees that cannot comprehend. I went to this location on 10/22 leaving beyond upset. How is it that I am charged for one large smoothie and one small, but yet I am given two small smoothies?? She told me that I paid $12.02 which is the correct amount for two small smoothies. When I tried to explain to her that I had some healthy reward points that brought it down to that amount, she still told me I was wrong even though it clearly says it on the receipt. In the end, I walked away with two small smoothies, but getting charged more. I will never come back to this store again. I have called corporate and filed a complaint. I have a picture of the smoothies along with the receipt as proof. I hope they will make this right. Veronica and her coworker Linda or Glenda (whatever she said) needs more training.*Today is 10/24. I was told the other day that the store manager will contact me. Nothing. Again...great customer service guys! Not!!!!
If you have a gluten allergy, DON’T come here. I made a trip in the afternoon on 10/13/20 and after explaining multiple times to the one male employee working there that I have a severe allergy to gluten, he obviously had no idea or didn’t care and it cost me a trip to the emergency room. He literally got on his phone at one point while I was giving him my order. I’ve gone to multiple other locations, have ordered the same thing, and have never gotten sick. Educate your employees or find better ones!!!
I absolutely love this location! The employees here are always so friendly and my Carribean Way always tastes amazing!
The sign said the place was open till 9 but when I went at 8:45 they would not let me in
