Food was cold and there was only single person on the front desk and same person was serving the food. Taste wise it was okay.
The food here is great! Has a bit of a kick to it for sure but I love it. We hosted an event at Pearl Banquet Hall with the help of Asif. The event went really well and the food and everything was great!
Typically, had good experience at this place. However, at last visit I didn't expect a kidney in the signature dish of Shinwari Karahi. If I am paying premium price for a dish, then pls make sure you get me the quality meat.Informed manager and him shrugging off, put blame on the butcher. No apology or taking any responsibility.Meat quality was not at par. Lots of small broken bone pieces that one could easily hurt teeth.
Usually I dont post reviews or comments on restaurants but today was the day when I needed to say that this was the worst food I have ever tried in Dallas and to top it off the service was horrible as well. So we ordered their shinwari karahi and mixed grill platter. The karahi was so bland with no taste of spices not even salt. We tried platter in which the tikka boti was hard and not cooked properly due to big pieces of chicken. It tasted as it was cooked two three days ago. NOT FRESH AT ALL!!! Also the naans were very dry and dint taste fresh. We wanted to talk to the manager but he showed us attitude instead and said he will tell the chef to do better next time. Horrible service!!!! This was our first and last time. The bill came out to $70 something for two things only. I would highly recommend not going to this place ever!
A gem in plano. Not many authentic pakistani restaurants that are good in the Dallas area however this is one of the best ! My friends enjoyed the bihari kebab and malai boti. I enjoyed the crispy spicy chicken paratha roll. The best part of the restaurant is it doesn’t close at 9pm like the majority of restaurants in town. This is a great late night munchies spot as it closes at 12 am (I was there past 12, staff is phenomenal and doesn’t kick you out). All in all a great experience. Service is also fair, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the prices are a bit exaggerated for the portions. I think it’s still worth it !
When it comes to Pakistani food in the dfw metroplex Signature Kabab takes the cake. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff and great quality authentic Pakistani cuisine. The owners are always there and hands on.
Top class restaurant. one of the best I have been to in Dallas. Food was amazing with authentic Pakistani flavour. Great customer service, they frequently check on us. Great ambiance definitely a restaurant that you should try.
….Worst food and Worst customer service I have experienced ever… I ordered mutton karahi from this place and at the time of placing the order I many times mentioned to make as less spicy as you can. The guy who took the order said ‘OK’. When I received the item, spice level was so high with 8-9 green chilies floating on the top that I couldn’t even taste the item properly. When I called the restaurant, instead of being polite or feeling sorry, the guy ‘Asif’ started arguing with me saying - ‘You should know that this item is pre marinated and comes with spice. We can’t lessen the spice level’. I said - you should have told me the same at the time of placing the order. He - “This is understood. Customer should know. Why should we tell. Go to some other restaurant if you don’t want the spicy food”…he sounded so rude and arrogant and disconnected the call. I called back and a lady picked up the call. Upon asking the name of the guy I spoke with before, this guy Asif came back on the phone and said - ‘My name is Asif, do whatever you want to do’. I didn’t expect a restaurant manager/owner to talk to their customer like this. It was a complete disappointment.

A gem hidden in Plano. I had no idea about this place, since it opened right before COVID-19.Amazing food. The Nihari, tarka Daal , gajar halwa, cheese burger, grilled chicken burgers everything was delicious.If you haven’t been there yet, you need to go ASAP.
