There music is very very loud. Im fasting and I drove about 20 minutes to come here and I wanted the new brûlée tiger sugar drink. Once I arrived they said they had everything to make the drink but they didnt have cups. So I left the place with no drink:(

Excellent service with great quality drinks. I’ve gotten a handful of drinks from this shop and they are always so delicious!! Definitely recommend this shop to all my friends in Plano Tx!
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHARETEA location! They don't know how to make boba tea properly. They don't follow instructions properly. I ask for less ice and yet they still put a bunch of ice so my Hokkaido tea was so watered down. My wife ordered a fruit tea with 50% sugar and yet they added too much sugar and made her drink sweet. This place is such a shame. I recommend the Sharetea in Carrollton location instead.
The customer service here is amazing there so nice . We order 5 mins before closing and they stayed 20 minutes after.

It’s always one of my favourite boba places in town. However, their employees aren’t efficient making drinks at all recently. There were two staff and only one person was outside making drinks. We waited for 15 minutes and ended up that they made just four drinks, while two of the drinks were made for whom came after us.
