Wanted to try their advocado, bacon burger. Placed order at the kiosk and asked for burger to be well done and no Shack sauce on hubby's burger, but his was not prepared as requested. Burger was not well and they added the sauce on it. I brought mine home and noticed that it was not well done and I could not eat it because of that (I don't like seeing ANY pink)., however, service from staff was really great! Wish I could've rated higher, but was pretty disappointed when I cut into my burger ? Also, great location and atmosphere... ? Would also like if they tended a little more to the outside area (cleaning tables and food on ground underneath them).
I always get the chicken sandwich here and it's high quality, juicy and always freshly made. Definitely a competitor to CFA in this space. In other words their chicken sandwich is really good. As far as the shakes are concerned, it's their namesake for a reason... one of the best for sure.
A poor excuse for a restaurant. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I placed an order via app at 2:25 pm, received an immediate confirmation and later received a text at 2:31 pm stating my order was almost ready. I arrive at the restaurant at 2:33 but my order was not in the pickup area. I waited over ten minutes before an employee acknowledged me and made an effort to assist. Finally, the order was ready around 2:50. The restaurant was not particularly busy, so there is no excuse for this embarrassing level of customer service, particularly when a burger with fries costs over $17. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident as this has happened many times previously at this same location. I will not be making a return trip to get robbed and have my time wasted. Good bye and good riddance, Shake Shack.
Not happy with the burgers. My husband ordered a double burger with extra tomatoes. See the pic for the burger he received. For $43.00 of food we should at least get a better burger. Could have had a better burger at McDonald's. Very disappointed and disgusted with shake shack. BTW his chicken nuggets were burnt too. Thanks for serving a very crappie dinner. ?????
Very nice Shake Shack location with indoor and outside seating. Very well cooked Shack burgers and friendly service. And for all of us who dislike In-N-Out fries, the fries at Shake Shack are far superior. Sit outside and people watch.
I have order shroom burger which is not to an extent of other veggie/vegan burgers I have tasted. Fries are ok.Staff are so friendly and service is great. Atmosphere is great.

Dined in. We had a cheeseburger, crinkle cut fries and soft drink each. The cheeseburgers were very good. I really enjoyed the fresh tomatoes and pickles.I prefer crinkle cut fries, but this order wasn't anything special.The soft drink was very small and the refill policy was unclear. I was surprised they did not have a soda fountain for customer use in the dining room. Free refills should be a given at Shake Shack just as it is at every restaurant similar to Shake Shack.I docked a star as ordering was difficult. Only one cashier open, and two of four ordering kiosks were broken.The other reason I docked a star was because of no catsup. I had to inform Shake Shack the catsup dispensers were empty and wait for catsup packets to be delivered to my table instead. That wasn't good for our crinkle cut fries. Could have been much better.We will go to Shake Shack again, but probably a different location.
What is happening to this place? Needs some kind of quality assurance? I've asked for a big burger particularly with lettuce and tomatoes. I've got an inch of a lettuce leaf and 2 baby slices of tomato. Maybe would be less rediculad if they had forgotten ridiculed. Very skinny and overcooked patty. The burger was tinier than I remembered it, but was way greasier.No ice cola came with plenty of ice. The wait was sooooooo long although there where only one customer in front of us in line. Very disappointed :(
Food was not as good as always. Burger lack salt to make it taste bland and Coke Zero drink was served with no ice.
