I go to this Schlotzsky's location every few weeks, not just for the high quality of the food or the cleanliness, but for the manager Emma. She's an absolutely lovely human being. When you walk into the establishment, she initiates a completely different atmosphere than 99% of other restaurants. She's friendly, inviting, helpful, and such a pleasure to speak with every time I go to this location. There's actually a Schlotzsky's closer to my home and yet I drive the extra distance because of the environment Emma creates. Not only does her bubbly personality uplift customers, but it's VERY apparent that she emits that positive attitude onto all of her coworkers. Everyone employee seems genuinely happy to work there, which I've never encountered at another restaurant, and dedicate to Emma's radiance.One example of how Emma goes above & beyond to take care of guests is that one time I was telling her about my difficulties with ordering ahead, and she said, "Oh, just call the store before coming in! I'll happily take your order over the phone!" which was such a shock to me since most customer service employees would never offer such a thing so genuinely.I typically never feel the urge to review a restaurant, so please understand that I'm not sharing this information lightly. If I personally could award her with employee of the decade, I would.
I LOVE me some Schlotzkys Deluxe Original on sourdough. This location (in Plano, TX at Spring Creek and US 75, by Lowe's) was very clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful!
This location is the best managed one I've been to yet! The service is attentive and sitting areas are always clean.
DT Line was a bit long. (Superbowl?) Service was a little slow, but not crazy. Sandwiches were good per normal.
Basically the cashier wouldn’t scan my app. Told me I would have to, got home and tried to enter receipt. No receipt number not barcode. Called restaurant. Was told sorry we can’t look up your receipt. So I didn’t earn any points. Will never go to THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Fresh salad with chicken appkes and cranberrys. Mango peach tea was tasty. Our cashier was friendly and got the order correct.

Our local shop closed down recently, so while we were on the other end of the metroplex at lunch time today, we decided to stop in to this shop.Great choice! Service was fast and the sandwiches (a small and a medium original) were great. Fresh and tasty.It is a small shop, but efficiently laid out, and has outside seating for those who prefer that.
