This is the BEST Tex-Mex Cuisine I have had since I've been here in Texas. Not only was the food great but the service was OUTSTANDING!! Juan our waiter was awesome, You have to go check him out.If you are into fajitas with a little spice to them try the chipotle fajitas, you'll love them. For the one that likes margaritas, the mango Margarita with the shot of tequila is the way to go.Rio Bravo has great food, great customer service, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Came in from Austin, and stopped in here after being told some rave reviews:) worth it! Fun, eclectic, hole in the wall/collector feel. The gentleman that served us and (i believe) his boss, were funny, kind, and generous :) great little place!

We ordered through Doordash for pickup (didn't see any other online order option) and our order was just being started when husband got there at our pick up time. The owner was rude to him and we were missing items from our order and order notes were not taken into account. We were supposed to get queso which is what I usually put on all of my food when it's not the best but they didn't even give us that... the beef fajita in my quesadillas (which I was supposed to get chicken) was tough and hard to eat. I asked for no beans on my nachos and they came with beans (again no big deal if I'd had queso). Chips came from the store, definitely not house made and same story with the salsa. It honestly tasted more like frozen food reheated and for the price which was similar to any other GOOD tex mex/Mexican restaurant, I would expect fresh food. And yes that is accounting for food cost going up.

Services was great but the food was not. There was nothing Tex-Mex, Mexican or Fine about it.I ordered beef fajita, it tasted boild then thrown on the grill. Charro beans was terrible however the rice was good.

Good home tasting food! Customer service was excellent! Felt very welcome and were attentive to us through out our visit. Definitely good place to have good Mexican meal.

Great food great services ??

Poor quality with store bought items. The charro beans were repackaged canned beans, salsa tasted like Pace picante sauce, the tortillas tasted like the Mission brand, and the chips were store bought. We will not be returning.

Awesome food and ambiance. Incredible service. Everyone in the place is friendly and sociable. Chipotle fajitas are off the chart. Happy hour has to be the best in town. You have got to check out this place. My fellow Marines will feel right at home. One warning, Karen’s should stay far away.

Considering some of the previous reviews, we thought an early Sunday afternoon lunch would be good. Oops... big mistake. Frozen margarita was all but tastless. The food was (to be polite) meh, not really very good. With other nearby choices for much better Tex-Mex will pass on this disappointment for the future.

Probably the best michelada I’ve ever had.Chicken enchiladas top notch.Brisket Tacos were amazing.Great mom n pop place.
