Had lunch, first time at Red Truch Cafe. Very friendly staff, service was great. The staff was very attentive ( pre bussing, drink refill, etc). Nice home town feel, down to earth food choices. Will definitely recommend, & return.Kid-friendliness: Had kids menu ( just noticed it, I was not with a child)Parking: Plenty of parking
Cute place with good menu selection and great service. Everyone was happy with their selections (breakfast or lunch choices late morning). Check it out!Kid-friendliness: Cute decor, family friendly!
Great selection, customized specifically to my taste: eggs poached hard, bacon done very crisp, fruit cup with no melon. No problem! Friendly, attentive service. Never have to ask for my coffee to be topped off. I’m a regular!
Really really good southern breakfast. Great service ❤️
We have only tried this place for breakfast!!! Great little cafe in Plano. Excellent service, their entire staff will check on you frequently to make sure you have all you need. I had the RedTruck Breakfast and my husband had the corn beef hash. Food comes out quickly and is consistently delicious. They were spot on with my extra crispy hash brown. Their biscuit is light and fluffy. Good Food, Good service is always a win for me!
Today we ended up here because of poor service at another over hyped local restaurant. We came here and the food was fantastic! The service was phenomenal. We loved that the owner was present helping his team out. We will refer and be back !!! Thank you for an amazing meal today!
Very friendly staff and owner great food and very cozy relaxing atmosphere!! I will be back in the future!!
First visit, was greeted with a smile and how you doing... the server was Kim as well as the greeter... nice atmosphere... inquired about pork chops... like I said first time visit, if it wasn't so far I could make this a regular stop...the food was very good...and the server Kim was very polite, and easy on the eye's
Everything about this place is great! From the moment we walked in! The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill, the customer service is very friendly and accommodating, Phillip was really helpful and nice! Nothing is too much to ask for. I love that feeling. They even had Suggestions on food, everything! Started with a cup of gumbo, amazing. Even the rice that went in the gumbo was flavorful and delicious by itself! Kinda waited too late to take pictures of my kids food, they scarfed it. They ordered the kids burger and chicken tenders. The ranch is homemade buttermilk and delicious, the pickles are sour and crunchy dill, perfect to my liking lol. Only wish they had almond milk creamer! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant!
This place is a hit or miss.My husband & I waited 30 minutes for food. He ordered a medium rare steak, broccoli, home fries & corn bread. The steak was cooked well done, so we asked if the kitchen can remake it.. it came back out the second time, well done… & the corn bread was DRY.I ordered the red truck skillet, 3 eggs, home fries with cheese & diced bacon. I asked for my eggs to be cooked fried hard.. the first time my meal came out the eggs were runny…. (Which is absolutely gross & unsettling to me) so I asked if it can be made again.. the second time my meal came out the eggs were runny again. So the waiter insisted on taking it back to the kitchen so they can remake it, when my meal came out the 3rd time the eggs were basically burnt… as you can see in the picture…Service here is great but on a day that y’all are not even busy how do ya manage to mess up this many times..After being in the establishment for 40 mins with empty stomachs, we decided to just leave & eat somewhere else.
