Date night with the Mrs. We started driving down from Frisco because of a few disappointing visits at the Frisco location. Baby has to have her crab legs but tonight they tasted salty. Our server, Summer, alerted the manager on duty and Hank quickly swung by the table. He agreed it was weird the crab legs were salty and he came back from the kitchen and verified that someone had indeed seasoned the water. Summer and Hank put in a replacement order since they wouldnât be able to prepare new crab legs in time. Itâs nice to go to a place where the server and manager communicate well and seek to get things straightened out quickly. Staff was happy and polite, restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. We will be back for more crab legs soon!
Had dinner with my man last night. Was an amazing experience! From wait staff to amazing chef! Had create your own combo, he had 3 , I had 2 , we chose sirloin and salmon he added scallops. Both steaks were cooked perfectly, salmon was perfect! His scallops were great as well! Had to give positive feedback to manager, it was a great experience!
If I could give a negative rating, I would. This was our favorite restaurant to celebrate any of our precious events. However, we had a bad to go experience last Saturday (4/23/2022) and facing their mistakes, the manager was extremely rude to me.We ordered curbside pick up of four entrees and a lobster pizza to celebrate my hubby's birthday last Saturday(4/23). When we were back home, we found both orders of ultimate feast were missing with lobster tails and snow crab legs. That means we only got fries, broccoli and shrimps. I called the restaurant immediately and was worried how I would treat my friends who came over for the gathering. I can't believe a restaurant would pack their foods without main course to their customers. The first man at the restaurant picked up the phone. I described what had happened. He asked me what's the name on the order. I gave him my name and he transferred me to his manager. When the manager was on the phone, I described what had happened again. There was no response and I can hear the restaurant was very loud. So I said again with a higher volume and added more words that it was main courses were missing. That manager then said:" what's your order? "(Not like the first man who asked for my name on my order directly) so I asked: "do you need my name or the order number?" The manager suddenly shouted at me and said: "I need the name of your order! The name of your order! The name of your order!" Louder and louder each time.I still gave him my name. He asked me to hold. I heard he was then talking to another staff. It seemed that someone gave my food to others. He said to his staff that he got the customer(me) on the phone extremely mad! (Excuse me?) Then he said his sorry to his staff?! Not me?! He then talked to me on the phone that he will give me a refund. He did not even give me an option to cook my food again. I asked and he said rudely:"OR you still want to come over now to pick up your food?" All my celebration mood was ruined so I chose the refund. We four adults shared two entrees and four sides at last. I would definitely not recommend this store and will never be back again.
Haven't been to a Red Lobster in a long time but decided to try it again because they have the endless shrimp Mondays. We started out with the coconut and shrimp scampi. Both were bigger portions than I remember which was good and both tasted as we remember. Very good. For the second round we got the Walt's original shrimp and the wood skewer. The wood skewers are good but missing the teriyaki sauce. We added a Caesar salad and it was also very good and our waiter was nice enough to split one salad into two bowls so we could share it. The potato was disappointing because I remembered that it used to have the salt on the outside and was a very crispy skin that you could eat. This potato was just normal. The cheddar biscuits were delicious and our winter brought us plenty of them. Speaking of our waiter, Joshua M was excellent. Kept our drinks full, brought us plenty of shrimp and biscuits. Kept checking on us and brought some fresh biscuits to take with us to go. The manager was not as attentive. When we got to the restaurant, no one was at the front hostess stand. Understandable because Im sure like everywhere else they are under staffed. However the manager saw us standing there and never came up to say anything, like hey we will be right with you or anything. We also sat by the bar area and heard him being what I would consider rude to a customer who was waiting on a to go order. Further as we were leaving, he was at the hostess stand and never said a word to us. How about a thanks for coming in? Or was everything okay? Anyway, that's the reason for the 4 stars.
Our server, Stewart was so friendly & attentive. He made our dining experience so pleasant. The menu has changed, we all enjoyed our dishes. The margarita was salty so we did send it back but they were courteous about it. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the lobster was really good and you can never have enough of their cheddar biscuits!
It was great ! Love the 10 for $10 lunch specials. Coconut shrimp was very good. Charlie had broiled fish..also good. Wonderful kind service. Their cheddar biscuits are warm & yummy . We left happy & stuffed.
10 year Anniversary
Great as always
I have not eaten at Red Lobster in over 20 years and was invited to go recently. Reluctantly, I accepted, and I'm glad I did. Quite frankly, I had no idea their menu had changed. It is so much better these days, and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried their coconut shrimp, lobster pizza, shrimp and artichoke dip, and shrimp fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. The food was better than expected, and most importantly, not bad like I remembered them for in the past, when breading was the main ingredient instead of the seafood. I will be coming back.
Great as always
