Horrible food, brisket and ribs were bland and not flavor at all. Don’t waste your money or time.Service was great.
Loved the cute ice tea glass. The pulled pork and onion rings were great!
Pulled pork sandwich Memphis style is the BEST in town. And grandma’s potato salad is the perfect side. It’s worth the money for sure. Didn’t give it 5 stars because the place looks run down and don’t sell beer.
I'm genuinely shocked the the 3.8 star rating.Consistent with other ratings... not a very busy place (which should tell you all you need to know)... only a older couple was there when I went to pick.Ordered pulled pork and brisket... and it honestly was the worst I've had. Seemed like it was microwaved, dry, and flavorless. I took a couple bites of both meats then throw it away and got fast food lol.
This has to be the worst fish sandwich i ever had. the menu said it comes with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce. One little piece of fish for all this bun. I would never go back to this place. Just sad
First, under new ownership so no liquor license and the air conditioning was not working well at all. The only good thing was our server. He was polite and helpful. Food was just okay.
The food tasted good but my pulled pork sandwich was really fatty. I don't enjoy pulling fat off of my food before I eat it. My husband's brisket sandwich was really good. Great atmosphere.
Good service, under a management change so things are limited but the food is good.
When we walked in, there was nobody up front as a host/hostess. The gal at the bar shouted over that she'd be with us in just a minute. I noticed a large group in one section, and a few other tables with people, and there were only 2 ladies working the front - one of them was the aforementioned bartender. Anyhow, said bartender seated us, and gave us some time to check out the menu. The other young lady working the dining area came by, took our order, and checked in on us frequently, letting us know when to expect our food, bringing drink refills, etc. Our food came out fairly quickly, despite the large group there, and it was all correct and very good. The service was great, the food was as well, and I wish I knew the names of the 2 ladies working that night (1/29/22) because they were outstanding! You really need to go here, it's well worth the visit.
Unfortunately i took my wife here for Valentine's. I know not very romantic but we've been married 30 years. No one to greet and seat us apparently she thought cleaning tables was more important. There was hardly any one in the restaurant. Took forever to get our drinks ordered longer to order our meal. Both our meals were pretty horrible. Mine was very dry stringy ribs with cold maccorroni and salad that was made from the bottom of the head of lettuce. My wife had stuffed baked potato with old dried up chips of brisket. She had to request the other ingredients of butter cheese etc for it. Then i had to hunt down napkins since i droped a rib in my lap. No napkins on table or anywhere. I found them finally at the drink station. Once i got back to our table i realized we didn't have silver ware. It was a Valentine's to remember as a really bad dining experience. Never again. The place is being managed horribly, from service, to quality of food. Five stars for Yuck, a meal I'll never get back.
