I love to go to this place if I don't make food. The kids love it and the food is good. The inside and outside are nice looking and the customer service is great?
The location itself is always good but today the chicken was disgusting and tasted like it was frozen then sitting for a while. It didn’t taste fresh like normal. The fries were also under cooked and soggy.
Have been eating at this location since they opened. This location was 5/5 when they opened. Consistently fresh, great tasting, large chunks of chicken, light breading, and perfectly cooked chicken. Didn't matter if you ordered to go or dine in.Unfortunately, after several months of being open the quality dropped. Almost every time I order to go I get old, small portion, and overcooked rubbery chicken.I only suggest eating Dine In only at this location as the to go service is too inconsistent. You probably will not realize until you get home, save yourself the headache. Additionally the chicken strip sizes are definitely not as big as before (inflation costs?) and that has really reduced how often we eat there. We went from eating there once or twice a week to once every 1-2 months.tl;dr:1. inconsistent food quality ordering togo.2. suggest you dine in only.3. chicken is smaller than before.
5/11/22, Had an issue w/drive thru order (nbd, it happens), manager Parker owned it & resolved it, professionally. I’d go out of my way to go back to this location. (It would’ve been 5 stars but…)
I never write bad reviews but this is just so disappointing. Chicken that I picked up 15 minutes ago tastes like burnt/old oil, it's literally inedible and tingles my tongue to eat. Not to mention the size of the chicken is ridiculous. Ruined my day, and they raised their prices recently on top of it.
Great food! However servers could have been a little more attentive and helpful. Made us decide to do take out instead of dine in
Their chicken is ok. Layne's is much better in my opinion. The store was nice and clean. Nothing really bad about Cane's, it's just kinda bland. They need to add different sauces and maybe expand the menu to include potato salad or something similar.
Wow! Pretty stingy on the sauce. We had 3 dry sandwiches!
I'm very disappointed with the taste. The chicken tasted old. I didn't have time to drive back during my lunch break. I asked for butter on both sides and received butter on one side. A few months ago I found hair in my food. Im very patient but after this second visit I'm no longer coming back to this location.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but they messed with the wrong Texans sweet tea. I thought the 1st time it was just a mistake, gave them a 2nd chance & they completely failed me. Their “sweet tea” is NOT sweet tea… which Canes is KNOWN for. They’ve shamed the Canes name. 2 large sweet teas & 2 gallons of sweet tea down the drain. Trash. God rest it’s soul.This is Texas y’all.
