I don't know why it has taken me so long to try this place! The food is good and filling. It's like a Braums chicken dinner plate down to the sauce, but the chicken isn't crusty and hard like Braum's is. I've only been to Raising Canes a couple times, but the employees could use a little more customer service training. They could be a little more professional. It's hard being in the service industry these days. 4 stars for now. Could change depending on future experiences.
I told them 3 times Sweet tea. What do you think i got. Ding, Ding, Ding, you are right. Un-Sweet iced tea.Good thing they raised their prices to pay for incompentent employee cost and increased chicken price. 18 months ago a cainiac combo was $12.50. Last night $15.90. 27.2% increase for poor service.This Caines is in a popular location but ill be much less likely to stop there. Given their lack of employee care with delivering your order to the Drive Thru window.
Aaliyah was phenomenal! She was very effective at the front counter taking my order and then I saw here going out and bussing tables when she wasn’t taking orders. I don’t know her, never met her, just thought she deserved a positive mention…
Usually Raising Canes has the best chicken fingers I'm Dallas, but I will be forced to change that view based on my experience at this location. The chicken fingers were so full of salt, it had to be intentional. In fact, long after eating the chicken fingers, I could still taste the salt. I could not tolerate the salt and could not finish the fingers. This had the be intentional by an employee. I would look into this behavior.
The picture does this better justice, I love Canes but this day the pieces were small and the fries burnt for the cost you need to do better!
The best chicken fingers and fashion. The garlic bread can't be matched by any restaurant. Would recommend buying their clothes, they are very cool.
My husband and I ate a delicious meal at this Raising Cane's location last night. We ordered 2 of the 3 chicken finger baskets, and they were served to us hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and kept the restaurant nice and clean. I was impressed at how well they handled things when they got really busy with lots of customers. I highly recommend this Raising Cane's location, corner of W. Park/Midway.
Solid experience at this place. Quite a bit of food on the chicken fingers combos. I loved the sauce and coleslaw. The fountain drinks taste really good too for some reason.
The food is why this restaurant is so busy the chicken strips were excellent. I enjoyed the experience of waiting for my food to be prepared as it was fresh and had great temperature. Made to order is an EXCELLENT idea! The sauce was also very good and complemented the meal well. The only issue was the dirty table. The employee who assisted us in cleaning it did not put forth an “excellence attitude” in cleaning. If you are going to do it, DO YOUR BEST JOB POSSIBLE! Not just getting it done.
Very clean restaurant and very nice staff and attentive. Placed an order over the phone and they had it ready as quickly as they could. They got the order right and everything! Plus everything was fresh and packaged up real good
