1st visit to this location as we have eaten at several locations in Collin county already. We wanted to try something different. We got the three piece meal between the two of use which made a tasty lunch and leftovers. Very fast service. The staff was quick to clean the tables after customers left. Next meal we will try the locations on north side of Hwy 121 along Preston and Custer Road.
My daughter asks to go here for dinner often, and this location does not disappoint. The service is outstanding. The food is delivered as ordered, and always hot.Cleanliness here is paramount. Frequent and complete cleaning is very appreciated in the current environment.
The food is great as always, and the staff is great. They are great at getting everything spot on, and are insanely fast. Definitely a spot to go for a good fast dinner.
Always good it seems. They trip on giving you honey mustard instead of their sauce. They should mix the 2 together, I did.
Cane's his ruined every other fried chicken fast food restaurants for me even though they don't sell mashed potatoes.. In fact, they have a very simplified menu which, in my opinion, means they can focus on making those few items well instead of 50 items that are less than mediocre.The chicken is ALWAYS hot (fresh), and the toast I like so much we always add an extra to our order. If you're into coleslaw, you're in luck because that and fries are the sides. I can't speak for the slaw but the fries are super good. They are the larger, crinkle cut type, and while I used to not like those style (totally bc Braums ruined then for me over the years) Cane's has turned me to the dark side. They also have the bomb.com sweet/unsweet iced tea, pretty darn good lemonade, and, of course, regular soft drinks. Oh, they have the good kind of ice, and if you're an ice eater, you know what i mean. They have their own sauce and I can't explain what it tastes like but unless there's something seriously wrong with you you will likely also find it delicious. Last, they are super fast, which is always appreciated.
Customer service is the WORST!They misplaced my order by not giving me everything I ordered and paid for. Instead all the employees gave me attitude.I will not be returning to ANY locations.CHICK FIL A WOULD NEVER
Raising Cane's has THE BEST chicken tenders ever! They are always cooked to perfection and the dipping sauce is just the icing on the cake. French fries are also yummy as well as the Texas Toast. If you are looking for an outstanding fast-food restaurant, this is it! Staff has great customer service as well.??
If you order food through a delivery service like Uber Eats and your order is wrong don’t blame canes! That’s not how it works!! It’s on the Uber driver to go to the restaurant and actually order the food for you correctly! Don’t be stupid and complain to Canes!
Disappointing. They got my order wrong and when I went around to get it fixed, the team wouldn't acknowledge me because it was just past 11pm(closing time). I understand y'all need to close by a certain time but I just needed some extra sauce that i didn't get and y'all couldn't even do that right.
The kids and I can't get enough of this place! They always have a silly intro at the drive through speaker, it always makes us smile. Friendly staff, great sauce, everyone should eat here!! (Just leave some for me please)
