We made a reservation but the restaurant was not busy when we got there so probably was not necessary. It took a few minutes for the waitstaff to come over and take our drink order. The Japanese Mule ingredients were not available so I ordered a regular mule. Tasted like a Ginger Ale. Food was good and came out quickly, When the bill came it was on the machine and no details were provided. Since we had ordered some food and beer from the Happy Hour menu I was surprised at the total but my husband just paid and we left.

Pretty poor service. After a 30+ minute for a reserved table, no one really cared to find a table which became empty. Once we found our own table and had the staff notified, food was served, missing a couple of items we ordered. When we were done with food and waiting for dessert menu, we were just handed the bill. Food was tasty though.

Vacation- Ra is awesome but this one was not as great as usual.
Used to be one of our favs, but hadnât been in awhile. Unfortunately, not the experience we remembered. Multiple opportunities for improvement from a management standpoint. From the moment we sat down in a waiters section who was also dealing with a 12 top birthday party it was evident the experience would be poor. We waited 15 minutes for someone to ask us for a drink order then another 10 to receive the drinks. We were still hopeful that the food would make up for the inadequate service, but everyoneâs food came out 5 to 10 minutes apart with one of our diners never receiving his meal at all. We were just a 4 top so poor management in the kitchen on timing. The items that should have been hot were lukewarm at best. Sushi rolls ordered werenât what we ordered, but didnât notice until we started eating. We allowed for a 2 hour dinner before going to the comedy club down the block, but had to leave our husbands waiting for the bill while our waiter checked out his 12 top credit cards one by one. The hostess stand should never have seated us in that waiters section so close to seating that 12 top. Again just not good training. Needless to say a disappointing experience. Too many excellent restaurants in the area to eat there again. It should have been a good clue that every option for a reservation was available on a Saturday night. Live and learn.
Good sushi as always. Just like I remembered. Service was great too. The waiters a d waitresses were very helpful.
Our food was delicious. Great for celebrating my friend's birthday. Music playing too loud made conversation difficult to hear at times. Does this really need to be blasted at 80 decibels?
