Terrible terrible lava cake it was frozen! The red snapper was way too salty and the spaghetti was hard… coffee from the French press with grains on it and the waitress mentioning that refills are not free! Make sure you waitress doesn’t wear a terrible piercing in the nose it looks awful!
Great customer service and yummy food! It was my first time visiting today and the woman who greeted and seated us today (I don’t know her name, but she has bangs and a sweet smile and attitude ) was wonderful. Keegan was our waiter and also very personable and pleasant. Both smiled the entire time and Keegan was very attentivePrevious reviews say the service was terrible and slow, but busy days happen. I can’t speak for their service, but the food is worth the wait !The food was delicious and fairly priced. The tiramisu was so good!I’ll be back. ?
Ate here for the first time today and the service was TERRIBLE. My husband said to me he’s usually not one to complain but it was worst service he’s ever had. The waiter brought our Gorgonzola and fig bruschetta and my husband noticed a bug on it immediately. We waited for the waiter to come back so we could let him know and possibly get a new order but he didn’t show. Over 15 min had gone by so we decided to eat around it. We were also out of drinks (which were small glasses- wouldn’t be a problem if the waiter was on top Of his game). When he returned I told him about the bug and he just removed the plate, didn’t offer to remove from the bill or discount the price. My meal was supposed to come with bread but he didn’t bring it. When I asked about it, saying the menu stated my meal came with bread he said he’d have to check. He didn’t do that either. We had empty glasses for a long time and he took a long time to take our order. Food was good but lots of restaurants have good food AND good service. Won’t be going back.
This has been my go-to place for holiday's and typically their set menus are amazing, but after today (Mothers Day 2022) I doubt I'd be back. First, I ordered my daughters food with the appetizers because she's 3 and was hungry, but her food was forgotten and only came out AFTER our main course. Second, I ordered the beef tenderloin for my main course and the inside of the meat tasted spoiled. I ate the sides and I told the server about the meat when he came to pick it up and he said sorry, but no replacement was offered and everything was full price on my final bill. And the last annoyance was that I ordered a fake mimosa (club soda and OJ) because I'm pregnant and was still charged full price for a mimosa. I don't think club soda and juice costs the same as prosecco. Super disappointed and I will not be back.
We have gone to Princi Italia for a few years as it was one of the few places in TX that had decent Italian food. Over a year ago, my husband was disappointed to see that their carpaccio appetizer was discontinued. They had homemade pasta so that kept us coming back. I've had several of their pasta dishes, and they were amazing, because it's rare to find homemade (not just fresh) pasta. Well, after going our for my daughter's 18 birthday, I was disappointed to see that they no longer make their own pasta. The penne arrabiata and casarecce carbonara were not the same pasta at all. I could just make that at home with my own sauce. The sauces were still good but nowhere near what they used to be. It's a shame because that set them apart. I guess my search continues.
Visited twice, once in September 2021 and again in February 2022. First visit out was great, enjoyable night with patio seating, restaurant hopping and enjoyed the experience. We shared the fried calamari and the lemon sole piccata. Both were good and it was a nice night all around. Second time around, we had the fried calamari again along with the lasagna special. Note that you can only get lasagna on Sundays, it’s not a regular feature. It was only okay and the service was painfully slow even though the restaurant was nearly empty. And more disappointing, it took three tries before I could find a Brunello on the menu that was actually available.
Outdoor seating and wonderful evening today. Haven't been here before, thankful that Kona was terrible service and we decided to move down the block.Food was authentic (just like Italy ??) and specialty drinks to admire - Gin SageWas still working on my diet, but that's for another day ?Recommend Lobster tre Diavolo ?, Wedding Soup, and daily specialty Lasagna for with Italian sausage ... Lots to choice
We ordered the board, pizza, bruschetta, salad all off of the happy hour menu. Everything was absolutely delicious. The server was great and we love the Italian accent! I'm thinking maybe he was the owner!!! The quality of the food was top notch!
Their desserts were my most favourite of all although we tried their pastas, soups and some others. Their cheesecake was a melt in the mouth, Tiramisu was top notch, apple crumble cake was soo delicious n the coffee dessert (which had a unique name, plz ask the waiter for the exact name) was out of the world! Every coffee lover should try this stunner ?❤️??
I like visiting here. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is standard Italian fare of pastas and pizza with some stars on the menu. I really like their burrata appetizer. They’ve updated some of their recipes so give it a try if you’re in the neighborhood!
